Stopped by to grab a pizza yesterday early afternoon. They were pretty busy. I believe I was 4th in line in the drive-thru but the wait wasn’t terribly long. Just long enough for me to become enamored with the cheese bread, honestly. I was so happy when, although it wasn’t 4pm yet, they happened to have some they could make for us.

I ordered 2 topping pizza and wings for carryout. The pizza was not fresh dry and clearly a leftover pizza. The sausage was hard as rocks. The wings were cooked but it looked like the wings had have the meat pulled off. Very disappointing considering former positive experiences with Lil Caesars.

Call in a order 5mins after they opened. Super rude guy.. in the mist of me placing my order he interrupts me “would you wait a minute I haven’t gotten to the computer” my response “you answered the phone, I figured you was ready.. you didn’t say give me a moment either.” When I got to the store, he points his finger at me “this is the one I was talking about” and rushes to the back. Look how he spells my name on the receipt. Childish

I come maybe to this location maybe a few times during the mostly around lunch time, usually it’s close to 1 or a little after. I can not make this up !!! Everytime I go in there to get a hot n ready pizza as your slogan says… they always tell me it’s either 30 or 45 minute wait for a pizza!!!! Like how ??? Where in the world does it take that long to make a pizza ??? I guess at the location on Madison street that’s were..

Ordered buffalo wings and got almost no sauce. Asked for extra saucy and was told they cannot do that. Never in my life have I been to a place that sells wings that can’t put extra sauce on your wings. Very strange didn’t realize buffalo sauce was that scarce

I’ve had bad Little Cesar’s before, but what even happened here? I got some hard flat broken chunks of bread that struggle to hold parmesan. This is the worst Crazy Bread I’ve ever seen. Never going to this location again.

Going out on a limb and giving these guys a review on some very extenuating circumstances. BOTTOM LINE, THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! So it’s snowy outside and I made just before they closed up early (8:15) I made it just after 8PM. My wife specifically asked me for a cheese hot & ready on my drive home (because she’s a vegetarian). When I walked in they had very limited pizza selection because they were closing soon and they didn’t have a cheese pizza. They offered to make the pizza even though they closed in 5 min and also threw in some free bread sticks since I had to wait and also they were going to get rid of all of their hot food. They went above and beyond and everyone was so friendly and nice. I even decided to tip them $5 because of how great they were. Will definitely be returning and recommending this little Cesar’s location. These people know customer service. A+ from me!
