This is the main Little Caesar’s I frequent in West Mobile, and while the service can be slow at times, it seems to be an issue of understaffing. Despite the occasional slow service, however, the employees are very friendly and accommodating. For the price, the pizza always tastes great, and you can’t go wrong with a Little Caesar’s pie!

This is a decent place to get pizza. They seem to get order ready under a reasonable amount of wait time. The pepperoni pizza is rather good even though I like other pizza specialist places better.

The New GM has turned that store around. Before I would not eat there Now I recommend that store . Everyone is nice and they great you with a smile . They get you in and out most of the time . When you order something that is not hot and ready they stay on top of your order until they hand it to you . Thank you to the new GM and to the employees that make this location amazing.

The pizza was made with spoiled ingredients. I also saw the “manager” go fishing in a trash can and pulled out a thing of sauce and put it back in the refrigerator.

A new employee took my order, she was very nice. She didn’t know how to enter my order correctly, so it was not what I expected. The gentleman in the kitchen made it right. Even though I expected to be charged more, he didn’t do so. The new employee apologized.. I said it’s ok. Being a fellow senior citizen, I know technology can be intimidating. Tonight they made me the best pizza ever! Great job y’all!

Super Bowl Sunday so I know they are busy but I placed an online order of 5 pizzas. Sent the hubby to pick them up at the time they said they would be ready. He went through the drive thru where he told the employee what his order number was. For the next 45 minutes he was ignored at the window, nobody ever came back. He called me angry so I called the store to find out what the problem was because I had received 2 emails letting me know the pizza was ready but of course nobody answered. Finally after 45 minutes of sitting there an employee finally came to the window to ask him what he had ordered. She came back and handed him 4 pizzas so he let her know they were a pizza short so she had to go look for the fifth pizza. Apparently one of the pizzas has the wrong toppings but at this point he’s not about to wait any longer for them to fix it. Very disappointed!

Got the hot and ready , one pizza was in good shape .. The other was very hard and tough , crust was basically cardboard.. Couldn’t get anyone on phone , got hung up on 4 times .. Don’t feel like driving back in the traffic
