I haven’t ordered from a Little Caesars in a while. I did on the app and it said it’d be ready 11:34-11:39. I get there, wasn’t ready until almost 11:50. I go in and get it out of the box, wasn’t in there ♂️ I had to get the worker to get me a pizza. The one she got was neither hot nor fresh… my wife and I only ate a couple pieces and are debating on throwing the rest of it out.

They made my pizza to order and although there was a delay they made it right. The girl at the window was amazing friendly and attentive. Her name was Michelle Jones and she should be in charge of training. A different store is closer to my home but this is my store and the only one I’ll go to from now on.

I will never eat here again. I ordered my food from the app (don’t.), was given a time 20 minutes later for my food to be ready. Twenty minutes later, I stood and waited twenty minutes MORE for them to cook my food. I was given a burnt pizza and disgusting cheese bread, falling apart and pooled with grease. When I asked them to fix this, I was informed that “all of our pizzas look like this”. Other customers returning burnt and charred pizzas were being told the same thing. They refunded my pizza and replaced my cheese bread with one completely devoid of toppings other than cheese, which was of course not what I asked for. I would rather eat anywhere in the world other than here.

Over time this Little Caesar’s have been going down here. Some of the employees are flat out rude. Pizza are hardly ever hot n ready. And then they try and charge you for an extra most bestest but give you regular pizza. When I was there last time a pizza fell on the floor and they still tried to hand it to a customer in front of me and got upset when she refused that pizza. On the same visit they gave me a pizza with half a crust. I got a hold of corporate and yet nothing has been done to change anything there. I don’t see this store being open much longer if things keep going this way which is to bad since I love Little Caesar’s pizza and cheese bread.

Not only was my food cold…but when we called back, the little girl who answered was rude and the other girl in the back ground thought it was hilarious we had cold food and laughed like a hyena. The took pride in telling us that we should return in the rain with the pizza and “ticket” for a swap out. Or whenever as long as we brought both the pizza and the ticket because they knew it was fresh!!
