I just sat in line in the drive thru for 20+ min and I honked my horn to let them know I was there, even though an employee taking out a pizza saw me and I still remained sitting there for 5 more minutes. They’re not busy, there is maybe 1 car in the parking lot waiting for food. Not to mention bunch of teenagers in the lobby goofing off and taking drinks without paying for them and no one is saying a word to them. I assume they’re related to the staff or have some association with the store but regaurdless it’s ridiculous. Truly a 0 star experience. I’m disappointed in this location.

Food was wrong it was not cooked thru. And sat in drive thru for about 30 minutes. I like coming here but until they know how to cook food won’t come back. They wouldn’t even give me a refund on it. They need to learn to treat people with respect. Actually I think we deserve free pizza and bread sticks from them but that will never happen

This place is the absolute worst place in the world to eat. The staff are more concerned with vaping and their cell phones than helping customers. They are always out of items like pizza crust, cheese, toppings, and desserts, which means someone has no idea how to make an order for more product. What pizza place runs out of pizza crust?! We have had too many issues with this place. DO NOT EAT HERE. You will regret it. And after having the issues with the staff, I would be afraid to eat the food. And don’t bother trying to contact corporate. They’re impossible to get in contact with just like the staff at the location. Good luck!

At citronelle I ordered my pizzas and when I opened them something was wrong with the pizza dough it was cracked not even brown and did not have the toppings right on neither one of them the man snatched them back and remade my pizzas they looked better I did not like the way I was treated

First, wouldn’t come to the drive through. Second when I walked inside both employees had ear buds in and I literally had to yell for them to look up to come take an order. Then got my order completely wrong! Turns out they shut the drive through down to keep from taking orders
