Literally how, So I order ahead on the app arrive on time and im told that my order isn’t ready yet thats its going to be several minutes which is already after i waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to get to the window then after waiting another 5-10 minutes im told that most of my food is ready and that I’m waiting on the other cheese bread then I sit there at the drive through for nearly 20 more minutes before they come back and tell me that they are out of the stuff to make cheese bread they told me wrong can they replace it with something else I day yeah whatever is ready…….hahaha nope it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes so in total waited nearly 30 minutes just for them to tell me they are out of what I ordered and that I’ll have to wait for something else literally the worst experience.

Stuffed cheese sticks, wanted to try them. Got home opened the bag nothing but a greesy mess. Pizza and sticks had maybe 8 pieces of pepperoni. Italian bread was not cut very well. Not pleased and will be contacting management.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and one cheese. Went through drive thru paid had to park in a parking spot for 30 mins. I gave 3 stars because the service was trash ”rushing not friendly.” other then that pizza was hot and fresh. the kids enjoyed

Pizza was kind of soggy and not too hot. I think it might have been because there were a ton of take-out customers and a line ine of pick-up customers, too. We’ll try it again at a not-so-busy time of day next time!

Would have enjoyed to place an order if they would bother answering the phone. Sometimes you need to speak to a real person at the store and just place an order on the app they asked me 5 times to download!

This store does not answer the phone to be able to place an order. There is a link to order on the app. Tried this, went through the order process and only until i got to payment did it tells me this store doesn’t take online orders at this time. Not very helpful and very inconvenient that I cannot talk to a person.

Ordered two pizzas through the app. They added unwanted bacon to one that was not supposed to be on there which i guess is tolerable, but I also ordered a stuffed crust deep dish (extra charge) and the crust was not stuffed. They messed up both pizzas and no one would answer the phone when I called to request a fix. Will not order from this location again if this how things are done here. Sad cause we have always liked little Caesar’s in other states we lived in

I received a email that my order was ready, so I headed to the store, but they had the doors locked so I still had to sit in the drive thru and wait an additional 20 mins behind vehicle even though my order was already done.
