I visited this pizza store today and was greeted by Andrew. He made me feel at home and fulfilled my order perfectly!! He did such an amazing job that I did leave a tip in their jar on the counter, but I also wanted to write a review so your company recognizes him as an asset. So glad to see a younger person loving their job and doing it perfectly, I will definitely be back soon.

Place has been ridiculously disorganized since day 1 of opening. You always have to wait at least 30 minutes to get your food. Staff is routinely unapologetic, and apathetic. I get it, it’s a budget pizza place, but the motto is “hot and ready.” I can deal with just okay pizza but it’s gotta be faster than this.

I’m not sure why this is reoccurring issue and why it’s not being addressed by owner/manager.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Last time I was here the pizza was so thin I felt like I was eating their cardboard box. Figured we would give them one more try… BUT WAIT, it gets better, we pulled up today at SUNDAY, 06-11-23 at 4:00pm and the store WASNT EVEN OPEN!!! We had to tell 5 cars behind us to go somewhere else because I guess everyone decided to not show up today! SMH!

Every single time we get pizza from this location, I have to take the pizzas home and bake each one due to undercooked crust. The pizza is way over sauced so we always ask for light sauce. We’re now being up-charged $4.00 to simply have less sauce. How do you get charged more to have less product? And is my $4 paying for the employee to pour the sauce lighter?!? I’m trying to make it make sense. Little Caesars use to be the best place to pop in, grab a quick meal, for a great price and have a decent product for that price however, they’ve gone up in price while quality goes down, and then have the nerve to up-charge customers for requesting that the food THEY PAY FOR be to their liking. Imagine being charged $4 by McDonald’s to simply ask for no lettuce or light mayo. What if the reason I ask for light sauce on the pizza is because of a food sensitivity and I’m being charged more for having a health condition?

I went to this establishment in Dothan, Al on south Oates street 10-3-22 and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 hot and ready pizzas. I got home and both pizzas was swamped in sauce where it was unbearable to eat. As soon as I made it home to eat the pizzas with my family we picked up a slice and all the toppings just ran off the pizza onto the box! Worst pizza experience ever! Also, as they pulled me to the front of the store I could see the workers running around In the store playing around throwing stuff at one another. So unprofessional. It was no experience adult overseeing these irresponsible young adults! Never again will I spend money at this lil Caesar’s.

Went by there on May 26th and ordered the Stuffed Pretzel Crust Pepperoni pizza for my family and it was great! A little high in sodium, but that’s to be expected with this particular pizza. This location has improved since I last went a few years back. It’s great for hot n’ ready’s but if you’re going for a speciality or wanting specific toppings, etc, I’d order ahead.

Don’t get me wrong the pizzas are always great but I just don’t understand why every time I come around 8:30-9 they don’t have anything but pepperoni pizza, when they are still open for a whole hour. You don’t close till 10pm on Friday’s and Saturdays. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. Also why is a smallest cup of ranch almost 2 freaking dollars that’s just ridiculous.

Does your pizza have to be a sloppy flimsy mess every time I get food from there? EVERY TIME. What’s your response? Go somewhere else?? Is that the solution you guys have? I know better to give in and give y’all guys a chance because every time it’s been unsatisifactory for me. Enough is enough. I know it’s not the worker’s fault unless they’re pulling the pizzas too early. Fix your oven. Make sure the dough spread out evenly on the pan. Do we need a rocket scientist to come in there and train the faculty or is it the lousy management? Any rebuttal? I’m listening.

They employ great people like Kelly, whom I think was a manager, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
