I called in four pizza’s tonight. Ask them to be fresh three of them were not hot and ready so should have been made to order. I ask when I arrived if they were fresh and he said yes, would you like to look? I said no sir, I will take your word. Drive 10 minutes home and only the supreme is fresh. Go to papa John’s. Just a few minutes down the road. Also the two extra most beat I ordered seem to be old classic pepperoni

Customer experience could not be worse The employee or possibly employer screamed at me when I put my card in the wrong slot. There were two machines right beside each other and I had two small kids with me I put my card in the wrong machine and she screamed ma’am over here!! 2 times. Honestly I was so appalled I stuck my car into the other slot not thinking. I should have just pushed back the pizza and walked away because I will definitely never be going back to that establishment. She acted like she didn’t have time to just be polite but there was no one in there except for me.

Made an online order around 8:40 pm, I used to work in restaurants and hated people who order late, but both Google maps and the Little Ceasars website said it was open until ten pm. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:50-8:55. I arrived at 8:50, the door was locked, and the not-local staff, inside, waved me off rudely. When I showed them the receipt of my order, and that I was charged money…they turned the lights off and ignored me. I was charged for the food of course. I’ll never go to a Little Ceasars’s again.

Ordered online. When I got there at pickup time they said their computer was down. She was able to see my order and that I paid online (I don’tunderstand how see could see order if computers were down). She then had to start order from scratch. She did not apologize. I asked if we should not use the online order option. She could only say that computer was down. The whole staff was unable to understand. They were mostly young kids playing on their phones and kidding around with each other. They could care less about the customer or their order. This is not first time having issues at this location.

Went by after work to get pizza for my kids and I looked at the pizza over halfway home(Boaz) to find a burned pizza that was hard as a rock. I called them and she asked me to come back in which I told her I couldn’t so she asked me to send her a picture. After 3 hours I still have not heard back. Not very happy about wasting money on food that is inedible.

Called at 8pm to order for my nurses station and no answer, tried to order online but it wouldn’t take order. Went there at 8:20 knowing they close at 9,doors were locked and there were several employees goofing off passing cell phones and making videos COMPLETELY ignoring us at the door. Glad you can afford to lose a $100 order. Last week it was two cold pizzas. Hospital staff will not be patronizing this establishment again.
