Followed my order on their tracking setup thru their app. Order hit the being boxed up and I waited for another 5 minutes before going in to check on it. I was told it was still being boxed up. Waited another 5 minutes. And another 20 minutes before calling the manager over to ask for a refund. Again, I was told it’s on the rack because she did it herself. I asked if was was given to another customer and was told no. She goes to get it, and what do you know…it’s been handed out to someone else. She could redo my order for free within 30 minutes. I live 30 minutes outside of town. I’m tired and ready to be home, especially after already waiting an extra 30 minutes to begin with. Manager blamed her staff because they were all new and she was trying to train them. Been there, done that. You don’t put an all new staff on shift for a busy Friday night. It still comes down on management to properly schedule for your busy times. If your staff is blindly handing out orders without checking the name on it, that still falls on management for not telling them to check the names. Don’t blame new staff for poor training.

Ithe food is consistent with all the other Little Caesars but the place itself is run down and dirty….. pulling up to the drive up window and seeing inside almost makes you lose your appetite…..staff is not professional and no one seems happy to be there. This is not just a one time thing either, it’s everytime we have gone there. My advice is to clean that place up, get your employees to carry themselves more professionally, and it would make a big difference.

I love this place but they have double charged my card days later. I walked into the store showed a receipt showing I only bought 24.40 worth of pizzas and the payment on my phone saying they took out 48:90 told them they had made a mistake and the manager says there’s no way they made that mistake not like them I just feel like the current crew is running a scam …. hopefully they get new management

Been eatting here for a while it was really good…. but here for a few times the middle is soggy! When you pull a slice it breaks in half and just about need a spoon! But the last straw was when my husband ordered a deep dish pizza. Get home, opened it, and just looking at it you could tell it is not cooked it’s raw.

Don’t try to call in an order, they ask you to hold an hang up on you. Don’t try to add anything to your pizza, because they will only add it to 2 slices of your pizza. Added bacon and there was hardly any. They had 8 employees and still had the lobby locked, forcing you to go through DT. This place used to be where it was when you wanted a good cheap pizza. Now you might as well search else where.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a ultimate supreme pizza at 6:20 pm. And it is now 7:13pm and I still haven’t received it. I said something to the manager and he gave me the excuse that it never popped up on the screen. I will NOT be returning to this location.

I wanted to give no stars but can’t so you get 1 wish it could be negative stars. I ordered online and waited the alloted time for my order which was 30 min wait and go through drive thru for the kid to have a hard time finding my online order and then says “oh it will be 5 more minutes and I will bring it to your car” I waited 30 minutes and finally went in and had to wait in line there were people that had been waiting over an hour for their food orders. All of us in the lobby finally raised enough commotion that someone finally came to the register and people’s orders were still not ready I told them to just give me my money back and they finally told me “oh your order is ready” it does not take over an hour to make 2 pretzel pizzas and ICB. This store needs to get it act together it’s bad every time I go to this store. I will not be back to this location until they get a new crew or get retained on customer service skills. DO BETTER!

Sat in the drive through for over an hour even though it was only me and one other car. Workers walked past the window multiple times without acknowledging our presence, Several cars in front of me waited so long that they left without even getting to order. This is the third time this little ceasers has given me this same experience, skip this one and use that time to go to a little ceasers that actually tries.
