Service at the pick up window was absolutely terrible. How can u expect someone to continue eating at your establishment if you order to come inside from now on because your having trouble keeping up with the lunch rush.

Their food is made with out gloves and people don’t wash their hands after coming out the bathroom or smoking cigarettes. The food was nasty I even had a hair I pulled out of my mouth from some pizza the home office really should look in to what works there

My experience went pretty good. Staff is friendly and the food was ok. I think we coulda went with the thin crust pizza that’s got a lot of pepperoni on it and is around 5.99 plus tax.

The last 2 times my family has went to the winfield location they refused service. Tonight was the final straw. We went at 935 and they refused to cook our order. We only wanted 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. The lady was rude. She said we only have 2 people working. Do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and aggravation. It’s summer time we eat late. Guess some other business will get our business.

I did a mobile order at 8:00, came to pick the pizza up at 8:20, was told to drive around and they will bring it out to me. It’s currently 9:05 and I HAVE YET TO GET MY PIZZA!!! i’ve been sitting here for 45 MINUTES WAITING ON A PIZZA!! the service here is awful and the wait time is RIDICULOUS! I believe the workers forgot about my pizza THAT I PAID FOR!

Called our order in ahead sit in line at least 20.minutes after waiting 20 min at least to get it .didn’t complain a bit but I asked for 2 cups of garlic butter sauce he told me that would be 2.18 ! To which I replied are u serious after the wait we just waited and didn’t complain a bit .until he said he couldn’t give me 2 litte cups of sauce for 40 min wait time for a pizza .that is ridiculous as long as we had to wait for our food and couldn’t give us 2 little cups of sauce guys name was Jamie r.thats not how u treat customers that have been nice and patient !!

Corporate really needs to do some retraining, i.e.customer service, scheduling, order anticipation, having lunch specials available at lunchtime. 11:38 and it will be a 20 minute wait for a daily special. Hmmm.
