The store number is 57. The service is really good I have limited time for lunch and it was aggravating to wait in line before but this guys working here right now they’re doing an excellent job. Food is good. The service is good, in spite of me having two cars in front of me they got to me in less than 5 minutes Keep up the great work guys!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, they gave me one then I had to wait 45 minutes for the next one. I ordered pepperoni pizza, nothing complicated. Instead of taking my money then saying you only had 1 pizza and it would take almost an hour to prepare another “5 minute pizza”, they should have informed me at the beginning that only half my order was available. And who wants one cold pizza by the time you get the other one? This place is horrible.

I ordered online and this is what I received by way of a “deep dish” cheese pizza! It came with breadsticks that were hard and inedible on one end! It’s ridiculous that I paid for something like this not to mention the lack of care that went into making something that pitiful and sad! I’d rather purchase a frozen grocery store pizza that’s extremely mediocre and it will still have a better quality than what I received this evening! I refused to allow my family to eat this sorry excuse of a pizza and needless to say I will be returning it tomorrow!

I surprised my staff with food from this location and we all were pleasantly surprised to be honest. If you have visited this location, you really should. It was a rather large order of 10 pizzas and 32 wings of various flavors. Everything was fresh and correct. Move over Papa Johns and Pizza Hut!

The new Little Ceasers Hot N Ready Pepperoni Cheeser with Fresh Mozzarella & Toasted Asiago – Parmesan Crust is soooo good! I wanted to try it out and I’m so glad I did. Plus. your going to love it. However, the wait is a little long in the drive through. I didn’t use the website (the Portal) to place my order before coming like I normally do. But, it was worth the wait at the location on 406 Valley Avenue, Homewood, Alabama. The service was very good too! Thanks for being open and giving us Fresh Hot Pizza!

The ONLY reason I come to this location is because it’s the closest to my home. Granted the pizza isn’t bad and neither are the cheese sticks BUT customer service leaves something to be desired, to say the least. Also it’s been several times (today included) that I’ve come by here and they’re not open at the designated time. The sign says they open at 10:30 and it’s 10:55 and not only are they NOT open, there’s NOT one person at the store, not even a vehicle. Upper Management needs to step in ASAP!

I’ve been here a couple of times. Once was on a Monday and they were able to get my order of 6 pizzas in a timely manner. I went back there this past Monday, and I would have ordered, but then I found out that there was only 1 worker left. He mentioned that no one wants to work anymore, so people would call out. Seems to be a common theme lately.

Employees were not pleasant and acted like I was a “bother” instead of a paying customer! I was told, when I pulled up to the window, that they were changing the drawer out and I would have to wait 20 minutes. Then the girl asked me “so do you wanna wait?” She showed attitude when I said, “yes, I will wait.”
