As usual we went the drive thru since they have no dinning. Keeping in mind it was getting close to closing time, the pizza we received wasn’t very good. The crust was over cooked to the darkening point, barely to the warm degrees at all . It should have already been tossed out. My guess was it was someone’s order that didn’t show up and they just wanted to get rid of it. I’ll be going to the other location for now on. Their pizza is always hot and fresh. I wasn’t very happy this time at all

Take the extra time and go to the in town Cullman location. You’ll actually save time instead of waiting in the long drive thru for pizza that’s never ready. And when you do get your pizza, it’ll most likely be wrong like this amazing crazy bread that is over cooked and in one piece that was shoved in the bag.

Ordered online around 3:30 for pick up at 5:15 got there and it said pizzas were in the oven. The crew was a mess the kitchen area was dirty. And I didn’t get my pizzas until 5:40 one wasn’t even cut. Then the same one was made wrong. If I wanted the wrong food I’d have gone to McDonald’s.

Unfortunately I can’t give Little Caesars much of a rating seeing as how they were out of food at 8:20 at night when you’re open I believe till 9 or 10 the only food they had was which what they cooked and put in the warming box the drive-thru we’re off and they said they weren’t cooking anymore food and they didn’t have change. We asked about the manager and the employees reply was there was none on the premises and they have been trying to reach them all day! I’ll have to reserve a rating for when they’re open to do business I guess.

The food is great. But the workers are rude as hell. I was in the drive thru no one behind me so i was putting my card back in my wallet and the guy at the window (that was closed) started yelling leave over and over again. I could hear him through my closed window. There was no call for that.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called and ordered 25 pizzas for an elementary school and asked if they can have them ready at 1030 24 hours in advance. They told me they could have them ready. Came in to pick them the next day and was instantly greeted with an attitude, from what I am assuming is the manager on duty today as she unlocked the front door to go in, young and apparently went to Vinemont High school. I let her know what we were here for and she very rudely said she didn’t know anything about it and they don’t open until 1030. The entire time I spoke to her the had the rudest look on her face and just really down right disrespectful. Then she presumed to tell me, as she walked away from me trying to explain to her the order and what I was told yesterday, that I needed to lose my attitude while I was trying to understand her dilemma and ours. I’m am not happy at all with this. Bad customer Service, horrible attitudes, just terrible experience. Will not be back. I spent almost 200 in this place for her to act like this.. no thank you.

I pick up from this location frequently and the pizza is never “hot-n-ready”. I wait 10-15 mins most every time. Do better or change your marketing to “freshly cooked while sitting drive thru”
