Going to Little Caesars never seems to be a “hot & ready” experience, even though that’s what you’d expect. Every time I go, the sauce is missing, the employees are lazy, and the crazy bread is always too crunchy. Even worse, the guy at the front desk is always rude and dismissive—like pushing a receipt into my hands instead of handing it to me. It’s too bad they never answer the phone either. And to make matters worse, the kids working there are always using inappropriate language. On the upside, there is a large parking lot that is shared with Publix. I think I’ll definitely be making the longer drive to my next nearest pizza place from now on!

Absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars if i could and i do not have time to waste writing reviews. 3 times in a row. Takes forever to get delivered and also order is wrong every time when we even call after order has been placed just to confirm the order. Even ordered extra crazy sauce in hopes to even get one thing of crazy sauce, nope never got one with my crazy bread. And this time both pizzas are burnt but we got our 2 crazy sauces. Check out how the doughy the crazy bread was when we opened it. Didn’t even get to dip in crazy sauce. No words. Also had no Pepsi for the third time ordering in a row.

This store never answers calls, the guy at the front desk (who claims he is the manager when you ask to speak to a manager) is extremely rude and disgusting. I have given this store a chance multiple times because it is the closest to me but never fails to disappoint the same guy with his nasty attitude for no apparent reason. He literally shoved a receipt in my hands today and bare acknowledges when spoken to. Even if I have to make a longer drive I will never give this store my time or money.

Food depends on what time of the day you get it. The kids that are working in the establishments like to drop the n word alot and cuss galore. Not to mention that they like to stand around in the back while only a couple of employees are making pies, pulling out of the oven, cutting and serving customers. Incredibly poorly run business. I ordered on the app at 12:31 with an estimated pick up time of 12:52. The app showed they were “packing it up” at at 12:47 so I headed to the store which is 10 minutes away. I get the parking lot and it still doesn’t show being ready for pick up. I wait in my car another 10 minutes. Still not ready. I walk into the store and not seeing any pizzas at all in the dispenser and a room full of people I find a piece of wall to lean against since I have bad back and needed something to lean against and both (only 2?????) chairs were occupied….one of them being by a little girl who obviously wasn’t taught to let older people take a seat. Her exceptionally hefty mother stood right beside her. I stood there another 10 minutes as one by one almost every one else was given their food. The app still did not show my pizza being ready. My back beginning to hurt I moved over to where the two employees there could see me. I have to say, I have not seen people move that slowly in a very long time. After being ignored another 10 minutes I went to the counter and leaned against it waiting to be acknowledged. The app still did not show my pizza ready. After a couple of minutes one of the employees came out to tell me to stop leaning on the counter. (?????????????) After I stood up she finally asked if she could help me. I told her I had made an order on the app over an hour ago. She asked my name. I told her. She turned around to the shelf behind her and grabbed and handed my pizza to me. It had apparently been sitting there since 12:47…..never being put into the dispenser as it was supposed to. I just looked at her dumbfounded. I said “seriously????” – She just looked at me with a vacant stare and said “thank you” then looked past me at another customer to dismiss me. I’ve lived in this area for 21 years and have been going there for a quick inexpensive pizza since they opened. The service has steadily declined over the past couple of years but after this last incident, I’m done. That’s what I get for trying to be polite. I’ll pay double before I give that location another dollar of mine.

I wouldn’t even give this store a star at all if it was an option. Employees are rude and lazy. Worse service ever. Walking around with earbuds in there ear and can’t even hear u when u ask about ur order cause u been waiting over 30 minutes. Never again will I visit the establishment..also can’t even hand u change properly. Basically threw it at me.
