Lately the place hasn’t been clean going in. I went here the other night and the young lady that was at the front was rude as hell. She had a bad attitude and I tried to look past it. Said “bad night?” She said YUP and smacked her lips… I said “it will get better” she threw my money in my hand. Uh OKAY…. Let it go she wasn’t having a great night…I get it we all have em. I waited for my pizza outside. Came back in and she was begging her boss to leave it was 8 they close at 10 or 11…so it wasn’t a bad day she just didn’t want to be there… Pizza was thrown together missing toppings and I just didn’t want to go back and deal with anyone there. Not worth it. Won’t go for awhile.

Would not recommend this location. Unfortunately you can call ahead, however they have the phones turned off. I tried calling ahead; no answer. Tried placing the order ahead to no avail. You have to physically show up to order, then you have to wait for the pizza to be made. Yes it’s July 3rd, yes I get it. But this is the 5th time I’ve gone through this within a 6 month period. Only this locationZ Plus they offer delivery service, it’s great. You can’t order, and you have to pick up, so order, wait and deliver to your house yourself. I tipped myself 5 bucks tonight. Lucky to get a 1 star.

If you are a senior or have a issue going to the bathroom avoid this place at all costs. My wife has a medical condition that she has to use a bathroom without much warning. She politely ask to use there’s. Even the the door in the waiting are says Rest Room it was locked and they told her only employees could use it. She told them it was a emergency and they said sorry. A few minutes later while we where waiting a employee walks by and smiles at her and goes into the bathroom. In the end she ended up soiling herself and was crying for a hour over this. This is totally unprofessional and uncaring to a paying customer. I will be contacting the ADA over this along with my attorney considering they told me in a very condescending voice, that if we don’t serve food here we can decide how we want to use the restrooms. And we don’t have to let anyone even in a emergency that’s not a employee use it for any reason. If you have IBS or Crones you know what this is like!

I went tonight to the Hudson store. The 2 girls in there were talking horrible about their co workers from the earlier shift. The Language they were using and the manor in which they were speaking was horrendous. I didn’t not plan on ever stepping foot in that store again when these girls are working there. I do believe that the Management needs the take notice of their employees.
