I came to get the pretzel pizza and the pizza was made perfect but…. The pretzel salt was on it but it was extremely salty, I asked the employees about the issue and some lady keep arguing that she couldn’t get me another pizza because i order that one and that is how they make them And I should knew it. But my issue was that the salt was extremely salty and I know that the pretzels are made different some with sesame seeds and others with salt i am aware of that coz i am a baker and cook, so they refuse to give me another pizza because i already ordered the pretzel salted pizza, soooo at the end of the story they called a manager and she told them to make me another one but the employee told me… I will make it but this cannot be happening again, you cannot do this again?? Excuse me? I don’t know how this company make the so called pretzel pizza… How I am supposed to know how salty is supposed to be?… This is not Cuba for them to act like that is USA… If I am not happy with the product they sell, I am supposed to get my refund or another product. Little Caesars need to train their employees better I just hope they didn’t spit on my Pizza or did another nasty thing like other people do, I just heard them laughing in the back hopefully they didn’t did anything nasty to my pizza. Food is good, but there is no sense of urgency. An order takes about hour on average to process. Staff is younger and a little unprofessional. It is clear management is either not really involved or doesn’t care about the customer experience.

I just came from this location. When it was my turn to place an order, the girl asked me to remove my mask because she didn’t understand my order in English. So I ask if I can speak to her in Spanish and she said “yes”. I asked for the family meal which was $12.99. She insisted she could not understand me and that she cannot do the offer because “they didn’t have it in the system” which I did not understand. It looks like nobody checks what offers are still up to date. She then told me to “take off my mask” because she couldn’t understand in any language I spoke in. The store has a sign in the front door requesting for the use of masks and to keep social distancing. So, she shouldn’t be asking me to take it off! It’s a personal decision to wear it or not. I told her to just remove the sign and I requested to speak to the manager but she said “they weren’t there”. Bad business practice, poor training for customers service, etc. This says a lot about a franchise owner in this place! My 2 cents for this location!

After 8 they always say they only have cheese or pepperoni no cheese bread or anything. Customer service sucks. The last pizza I got was old and made my stomach hurt I asked if it was fresh and was lied to. You need to have a talk with the staff they are lazy young teenagers .

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The absolute worst pizza place in Naples. I placed an order for 2 pizzas thru the app. When I get there at my scheduled pickup time, the rude staff acts like they don’t want to help me. Someone eventually came over to tell me that they forgot to make 1 of the pizzas on my order and that I’ll have to wait for it. So now I have to wait for pizza #2 while pizza #1 sits there getting cold. I finally get pizza #2 after 10 minutes, and drive home. Only to find out that pizza #1 is just one big slice because it’s uncut. Pizza #2 is even worse cause it’s not what I ordered and it’s seriously undercooked to the point that it tastes like pizza dough. I had to finish it in the oven at home. I call the next day to speak to a manager, and they tell me that there is no manager on staff that can help me. Horrible customer service and a rude staff that doesn’t care. There are plenty of better pizza places to spend your money
