Ordered pizza online through little Cesar’s NOT door dash, was charged a $8 fee for delivery. Never received order. Had to go pick up. Lost $8 then to make matters better. 2 ladies working and not one of them spoke English. Last time I checked we I live in America. Should have had at least one person that speaks English. Do not order online from here!!!!!!!!!

Stood in line for 15 minutes while the guy crashed out 1 person then when it was my turn to order he let his buddies cut in front of us so they could buy their pizza and they talked for 5 minutes before they even started to pay, which took 10 more minutes. Then I told the guy I wanted 3 large pepperoni pizzas, and the guy tried to ring me up for the extra most bestest, which I had no interest in, so that he could make extra money. Every little ceasers I’ve ever been to and every time I’ve ever been to one if you go in and say you want a large cheese or pepperoni they charge you for the $5 one. Wont go to this littlceasers ever again. If you have a little extra time head over to the one off Golden Gate Parkway.

This particular location off of pine ridge and airport has the best looking, best textured, and best looking crazy bread I’ve had from any little Caesars anywhere! The extra most bestest is what you would expect at any little Caesars. I feel bad for the people waiting in line for their orders because mine was hot n ready!

The pizza was great. The service not so much. The man that came to the counter was extremely rude. He kept acknowledging my daughter as sir even after she corrected him twice. After he took her order he walked away. I waited 10 minutes for him to come back and take mine. For some reason my receipt didn’t print. I asked him about it and he rudely ignored me and started talking to another customer. He was rude to that man as well.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and the cashier was nice enough at first then I ordered my deep dish pizza and I clarified I wanted cheese because I’m a vegetarian and didn’t want them to mistakenly give me a pepperoni deep dish, so I said “cheese deep dish” very clearly and she asked “cheese pizza” and I said “yes cheese” and then gave me a regular cheese pizza, it was in the traditional box but I didn’t really pay it any mind because I often assume I am in the wrong at first so I walked out the door and opened the pizza to look at it and make sure it was a deep dish and lo and behold, it’s a regular pizza. So I walk back in and get the woman’s attention and explained that I MADE THE MISTAKE and ordered the wrong pizza and I actually wanted a deep dish, there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier but over all she seemed to understand what I was explaining however instead of just correcting the order, as i was making it out to be a mistake on my part (when it really wasn’t) she was being incredibly defensive and rude towards me just straight up telling me that I didn’t order a deep dish (which it didn’t even matter anymore just give me my food) and I just stood there APOLOGIZING because I am not confrontational. I asked her nicely to take the pizza back and to get me a deep dish. she proceeded to have very rude body language, slamming the cash register and snatching my money from me while I literally stood there doing and saying nothing or provoking her in anyway and then she went to the back to make my deep dish which took her around 10 minutes (during my 30 minute break which i’ve already wasted around 15 minutes of) anyway she eventually gave me my pizza after the 10 minutes and I was actually scared that maybe she or one of the other workers had spit in my food or tampered with it in some way due to the time that it took and the laughing i heard in the back while they were making it. I will never eat at little ceasars let alone step foot into this one again

I ordered just a pepperoni pizza and was attempted to be charged for “extra pepperoni”. The cashier handed me this “extra pepperoni” pizza. I asked why my total was over $7 for a $5.55 pizza, she explained why and put the pizza back. Charged me correctly then said “nevermind, this is a regular” and handed me back the same pizza… The pzza was still good so I gave an “extra” star to this review

I would like to acknowledge Jess Z. She was awesome. The store was just as busy as always and this poor girl must have been the only one working. Not only was she answering the phone and running the register ,but in between customers she was assembling boxes and placing the pizza’s in the boxes. This girl was running top speed and the most amazing part she still had a great and friendly attitude.
