Ok so I’ve tried a few times to order online from here. You can ONLY GET THR COUPONS FROM ONLINE ORDER. I HAVE YET to get a order to go threw. So then I call store.. no you can’t get a coupon ordering from store. They offer none. To get delivery you have to order online. So you can’t call and get a discount or delivery. Then the girl pretty much laughed at me like she didn’t believe me. I ordered a stuff crust prestal CHEESE PIZZA . I knew I should’ve checked it before I left but I was hungry and aggravated. She offered no way to make it right. Oh my cheese pizza had pepperoni on it. Was hard.. and disgusting. There was hardly and cheese in the crust. I was not happy with this visit. Not at all. Dry hard no sauce pizza with pepperoni I do not want . This is our go to store. Normally there’s a guy in there that always makes sure we have a fresh amazing pizza. Idk where he was tonight. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had here. I’m not putting the store down just the people working tonight didn’t care.

Ordered a cheese and a stuff crust pepperoni pizza. The guy told me it would be 15 min ok no problem. I come back after 15 min and then he tells me it’s not ready that I have to wait another 25 min bc they’re slammed. Don’t tell someone 15 min if you’re slammed. I shouldn’t have to wait 40 min really for the stuff crust since the cheese is already ready.

It’s little Caesars what more can I say . They are good if you want something quick and inexpensive. This is one of many locations, so the only thing I will say is that it depends on who is working and where you get your pizza from as far as quality. Same ingredients, some stores just make their pizza a little better.

I had ordered online, for pickup pizzas and breadsticks.I was suppose to get off work at 6pm and I had the pickup set for 615. I didn’t end up leaving work because I was helping customers until after 8pm. When I got to little ceasers my qr code was expired and I had to ask the employee to unlock it for me to get my order that has been sitting their for almost 2 hours. The employee gave me my order and I was walking out. The employee then came outside and she had told me she felt so bad for me not being able to get my order on time, and insisted I let her remake my order. At first I said no its ok, ill be fine even though I knew I wasn’t probably going to eat it when I got home. After she asked again I said ok to her remaking the order. She was so nice, professional and make my exsperince great with little ceasers. She didn’t have to even do that but it made me feel special that people still actually care about their customers to make sure they have the best experience possible when they come in and that’s exactly what she did. At the end I was so grateful and I asked for her name. Her name is Gena and she said she was the manager at that location. Because of this experience I will always go back to this location and be a fan of little ceasers. I hope she gets recognized for this post. It’s not often I seen people get compliments on their jobs but people are always quick to call out when they have a complaint. Thanks again Gena!

Not too much to say when you don’t get enough sausage on your pizza and you have three pieces without any sausage on it it kind of stinks. But maybe it was just for the bad day. I live in Crystal River and the Caesars there serves plenty of sausage on my pizza!
