Really good pizza, a wide range, something for everyone! Service was excellent, even helping us out after we had trouble trying to use a UK credit card online (don’t bother trying, the system only accepts cards with US addresses).

Order my food in app and when went to pick up was disappointed with paying extra money for extra most bestest, that didn’t have extra sausage. The supervisor refused to give her name told me that she put correct portion. Explained it’s not extra sausage asked to be remade. She told me she have to recharge me. I told her that’s why I paid for extra and to remake or give me refund. She had horrible customer service and I told her that I order regular topping pizza and extra most for years.

Got all the way home with something that was supposed to be hot and ready. Let’s just say, it was slightly warm but the crust was so hard I couldn’t cut it. Called the store, manager said bring it back. I simply explained I just got home. I really didn’t want to go back out and into traffic. My primary goal was to get simply an apology but instead the mgr, Brittany claimed she had no clue why it was hard. All her pizzas were freshly made. Then proceeded to hang up. I called back, and she says she was talking but nobody was speaking to her. Unfortunately my family was sitting in the same room. She just chose to hang up. I ended up calling the corporate office because it would have been handled with a simple apology rather that a defensive tackle.

The girl with the green hair was rude. The whole place is full of teens that don’t have any customer service skills and the pizza was cold. I had to wait for crazy bread which is fine but she handed me my pizzas and I sat while my pizzas got cold waiting for crazy bread. This place is a joke.

The “hot and ready” was disgusting! When I got home and tried it, it was cold and hard! I have no doubt that food was sitting for hours. The service was just as bad as the food, the cashier Brandon C. was rude, not helpful, he acted like taking my order was a bothering him, he got annoyed when I asked him a question about the menu and told me to look it up online, whoever hired him must’ve been absolutely desperate!

Other times they do very well, but just had a time consuming experience where they were slow at approaching the register a left a few customers waiting. i ordered a classic hot and ready, and it was lazily cut. The pizza was hard to separate slices and eventually tore up and the cut lines were way off. The pictures show the pizza was barely cut through, this is very important for the customer as the customer shouldn’t have to “rip” up their pizza to consume.
