The staff are watching tik tok videos instead of working. I came in on May 29th at 9:50pm and told the cashier I had a carryout. She didn’t tell me it was ready when it came out and continued watching videos on her phone and left it on the counter. The person cooking the wings had headphones in and didn’t start my order until several minutes after I arrived. A small order of wings took 20 minutes. Whoever hires at this store should be fired. The pizza was exactly what was expected: decent enough and cost effective. That being offered, this location will not be visited again this year. The staff working was exceedingly unprofessional, even by fast food standards. Cursing while at the register, talking about previous customers that they thought were problematic. My order was a single pizza, pepperoni. I waited for about 10 minutes for it to be prepared, which I didn’t mind. What I did mind was feeling like Id almost rather just leave the store, having donated monies paid versus having to stand there and listen to nonsense. Note to management: location was clean, food was on point, staff needs a re-model.

I always like the pepperoni and sausage deep dish. however, I decided to try something new and get the Supreme deep dish and was disappointed. The toppings were not fresh at all and had a distinctive canned taste that tasted like they emptied the contents from the can into water and just let it sit. Couldn’t even eat it all. Will never get veggie toppings again at little ceasers but I’ll still eat there.
