I was extremely disappointed by my visit to Little Caesars last week. I came for the pretzel crust pizza (because that’s the promotion, and I saw a sign in the window, and I checked in advance to verify that this location had the pretzel crust), but when I arrived they told me that they didn’t have any today. I was disappointed because I really came for the pretzel crust, but I had already planned on getting pizza, so I ordered an Extra-Most-Bestest (which I’ve ordered before, and, while it’s not as good as the pretzel crust, is still good). When I got home and opened my pizza box, I was shocked by how little toppings there were on my pizza–there was a good inch or two of crust without any toppings all the way around (picture attached). If I’d ordered the normal pizza and it had that little toppings I’d be disappointed, but I paid extra for the Extra-Most-Bestest–which in theory should have more toppings. All in all, Little Caesars really let me down, and I don’t know if I’ll go back to a Little Caesars anytime soon–Pizza Hut is a little more, but at least they have promoted items and consistent quality of pizzas.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Typically I like Little Caesars pizza, this time was absolute garbage and a waste of money. First it hardly had any pizza sauce on it (was very dry) 2nd, it was very light on cheese. 3rd, there was about 2 inches of crust around the outside of the pizzas and the toppings that were very light to begin with were just thrown in the middle. The crazy bread was very dry and plain and not enough parmesan on it, plus the bread doesn’t come with the dipping sauce anymore. The quality of the pizzas were better when you could get a pepperoni or cheese for $5. Maybe it was the employees there just didn’t care or maybe their quality has just gone down that much I’m not sure maybe both. I think management needs to take a long look at things and make some changes. So on this specific day, I wouldn’t recommend this Little Caesars for nothing.

Just picked up my food about 20 minutes ago and wanted to commend the employee minding the front. You guys are obviously slammed tonight and you were doing great. I can’t believe how many people were being just absolutely rude, like they don’t have eyes in their heads to see with (or more likely just not raised well or having had to work a job like that).

I ordered 9 pizza from here Sunday and 4 of them were supposed to be pepperoni. Us being in a hurry because we had to get to my son’s birthday didn’t check and they were all cheese and when I called back to tell them they didn’t give me my pepperoni pizza they told me they were gonna need my whole order back to fix there mistake. I will not be Goin back to this place. And check ya pizza before ya leave! Especially if it’s a big order. !

Went to pick up a doordash and my own lunch while there, well after my doordash delivery, was.finally able to dig in and eat and there was a hair baked into the cheese! Tried to call store several times and no answer. I’ll be honest, could’ve drove back but for what? Was not near this side.of town and the gas it would’ve taken to get back plus I’m trying to eat between orders. Only hope the delivery.i also made was good to go.

Spent 10 minutes dialing the phone no one answered. So went up there to order 3 large umtima pizzas and 3 breadsticks orders. Got them home and the pizza had very little toppings, Nothing from the edge of pizza to 2 inches towards center , just dough, Very, VERY skimpy on the toppings. Definately not worth the price. Hardly no toppings at all. May never go back there.
