Staff was nice pizza was done in 12 minutes they said 10-15. Pizza tasted great. Just wondering if they hand out flashlights at cleaning time since probably 80 percent of the lights are burned out in the lobby and kitchen. Hmmmmm

Ordered deep dish pizzas. Got there…reg pizzas were handed to me. I stated that I ordered deep dish. Answer, ” Oh, I’m sorry, our phones are cutting out. Our owner doesn’t know that.” The person taking my orders repeated “deep dish” when taking my order. Pitiful excuse for customer service.

So I’ve been ordering the same mosta mosta pizza with sausage instead of pepperoni for at least 3 yrs now ..I live about a mile away ! And this last time the person who answered the phone said that it will cost extra because they don’t do that .. so I asked to speak with a manager .. who instigated that the last 30-40 pizzas I ordered through them in the recent years was a mistake and would not honor the substitutions .. like I said , claiming all the other orders where rung up at the special price was a mistake !!

Really wish the items advertised as hot and ready were, in fact ready. Waiting 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza kind of defeats the purpose of me choosing little Cesar’s over hungry Howie’s. Next time I’ll order ahead. I guess I understand since the cashier Courtney said they don’t have the volume of business to keep stuff ready. But she was super nice and all-in-all I’m looking forward to eating.
