Zero stars for service. Don’t call and order, they won’t have it ready even if they say they have pizza ready. And the guy training with his hair in his face that won’t speak up or count money… honestly?! I called ahead and still waited 20 minutes. I called for hot and ready to be sure it was ready. Worst service and experience. Don’t even bother if that are training someone like that.

The worst possible little chasers ever. The girl in the front was literally texting as I was placing my order and didn’t not hear my order a couple times since she was focused on texted. After placing my order I waited 1 hour for my food to come out wrong. At this point I didn’t know what to do ask for a $20 refund or just wait for my food again. I ended up just waiting another 30 min for my food. May I also mention my food was actually done in the back. The cashier just didn’t see it. Little Caesar’s if you are seeing this please train you cashier better

It’s one of my favorite places but it’s clearly understaffed. Today 03/31 at 8:30pm I placed an order and took some time to get ready, they had a gentleman (dark braided hair chin length I believe) I don’t know the name that was handling the customers with grace and good attitude, give him props because it’s hard to deal with hungry and agitated people. Working in a fast food chain is definitely not an easy task and he was a rockstar.

I really hope you never have to call this place because they do not answer the phone I’ve had to call this place twice to place an order for camp and twice I have been on hold upwards of 10 minutes in fact I was still on hold with them when I placed my order in person just to see if I could hear the phone ringing in the background. I couldn’t. The food is Little Caesars Pizza the atmosphere is Little Caesars Pizza overall meh

I am disappointed when I got to this store location last Sunday night and my order was not ready on-time when I arrived that means I have had wait another 20 more mins while they are making my order and I don’t think that is an excuse at all. The both male crew members were not too friendly at all. The Pizza was cold and also the Crazy Breads smashed up together. Then, I did contact to the Little Caesars corporation about this and I am still waiting heard from them after I contacted them last a couple days ago and never heard from the District Manager or Upper Management contact me for 2 days yet. I would like to request to get a full refund on this order please. Next time, they need to work on and improve the friendly customer service and be professional ready prepare orders on-time. I deliver for a company, so I visit all the little Caesars in Broward. This is absolutely the worst location when I go in for a delivery. I am rarely acknowledged when, waiting for an order if it’s busy. They take the pizzas out of the oven and let them sit out. They are too lazy to put the pizzas in the coded warming racks which is the policy so that drivers can get their orders quickly. When they hand people, their pizzas, they turn the box vertically, which, as you know, let’s the cheese flow to one side of the pizza. There were eight people waiting on orders, and half of them were done wrong . last night I waited 30 minutes for an order and they gave me one pizza instead of two. I told them there was a missing pizza but instead of telling me that They forgot to make it, they said someone else picked up the pizza, I knew that this wasnt true because they would have given that person both pizzas and not just one. I asked them to make me another one, because the customer already paid for it, and they refused. The guy told me just cancel it, and I said it doesn’t work that way. He grabbed a box of food, parentheses (holding it vertically again) out of my hands and walked towards the door. That’s actually assault being committed.I told them I want to speak with the manager, and not only did they not get the manager, but some girl cussed me out, and said I’ll do what I wanna do. They were trying to throw me out and also threatened to call the police. I’m going to tell the manager, and the district manager. This store is poorly run.

Lack of service. Employees don’t care barely do the minimal, one of them was wearing two AirPods in her ear and was hating her life. I’ve ordered online multiple times and 9 out of 10 times it’s never ready on time. Don’t bother coming here.

Usually the pizzas are not hot and ready. If after you order you asked for parmesan cheese or red peppers they tell you you have to pay $2 extra. They were very Stern about then we’re going to give me any parmesan cheese or red peppers like I was trying to rob the place. I give this place one star for rules regulations and service. How was I supposed to know you have to order the red peppers and parmesan cheese first? Can’t you just add that to the next person’s order?
