Place needs new managers. Every time I place an order it’s never on time I placed on an hour ago and it’s still not ready. They never update the app to let u know it’s ready. Pizza is never in the online order pickup place so pizza gets cold. Also ask for BBQ WINGS…. They put a small drop on my wings.

May 22, 2023, I walked in to my neighborhood lil Caesar’s at 9:49pm. I asked to order 1/cheese pizza & 1 veggie pizza. I was told the ovens had been turned off. Therefore I was sent away w/o pizza. I left and went to a local pizzeria closer to my house they were able to accommodate my request. Location lil Caesars @ 1812 NE Miami Gardens Drive was not able to do. I think lil Caesar’s should note on the door we close earlier than posted. I’m disappointed I’ve been ordering from this location over 10+ years never had this happen.

Ordered a very sad looking Extramostbestest cheese pizza yesterday 9/19 @ 8:45pm and it had no sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Long story short, it was dry and inedible – and ultimately, ended up in the trash. I do not recommend ordering from this location.

Corporate be aware that the girl with glasses and curly hair up front served me a pizza that made me sick to my stomach and smiled in my face as i asked for parmesan and red pepper and told me there isnt none. Get rid of this person she seeved me bad food and food poised me. Horrible you lost millions in business because of her. Horrible i cant even phethom the disrespect i have received. She was also dancing in front of the store as she seeved me the bad food while she laughed it off it off as she denied me crush red pepper and parmesan cheese.
