Pizza wise, good. No complaints. But service? Horrible. Worse Little Caesars ever. Ladies & guys who work there see you in front counter and completely ignore you. Even the girl sweeping does not greet you nor say someone will be right with you. This happens every time I come here. I always wait 10 mins in front counter until I either say something or I’m acknowledged.

Usually, this location is fine, so I’ll probably update my rating soon, but today was a disaster. I pre-ordered and came in and waited about half an hour. One poor employee working as hard as she could to do everything while another was sitting out in the lobby, chatting her a buddy… in the middle of lunch hour. Bad day to the Ceasar.

Slowest service ever, avoid if possible, pickup takes 30 minutes after order is ready since they decide at random to not use pickup kiosk. Pizza flavor texture and bake are great vs other little caesars.

I wouldn’t patronize this place. A franchisee that can’t even pay to have at least an extra employee for the cashier so the other workers aren’t swamped doesn’t deserve to have their store stay open. Have someone else that cares a bit more about customer service and less about money take that place. Good customer service means more money because people keep coming.
