A cashier named Damileisy (see picture) is a danger to the public and the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I placed and paid for my order at 2109 and not only she took more than 20 min to give me a simple pizza ( every person that came before me had been served and gone) instead of apologizing for messing up my order and the delay. This woman has thrown the pizza on the counter and started shouting at me using aggressive and demeaning vocabulary and mainly in Spanish. When asked for her name to contact a manager she refused and she was even refusing to give me the pizza I paid for and waited for while using arrogant and aggressive behavior! Fire someone that clearly hates serving customers and poorly represents the company.

I ordered food on the little Caesar’s app at the 8300 w Flagler location. I requested a cancel/refund due to the wrong location was made for pick up. They told me “sorry, we can’t do anything” I put in a request for a refund on the app. Waiting for a response

Disappointed in this location. Ordered over an hour ahead and was not ready when I arrived and had to wait past the guaranteed time. Things happen but I ordered crazy bread and slices n stix and get two sauces but they are barely HALF full. Other locations have not skimped me like that.
