If I could give negative 5 stars for overall service I would. Most of the times I order ahead just to avoid the lack of attention of the person at the register taking orders or the person who I believe to be the manager/ supervisor yelling at the employees in the back, however even when ordering online there is no avoiding the lack of good service.

Yesterday I had a horrible experience. I placed an order online at 3:20pm. It said it would be ready at 3:45. I got to the location at 3:55 and was ruddy told it wasn’t ready yet. I asked again 10 minutes later and was told it wasn’t ready. At 4:16pm I told them that this was ridiculous and I had put my order in almost an hour ago. I also received the notification that it was ready for pick up. When he actually listened to me this time, he realized that it’s been sitting behind the counter the whole time. No sorry, no my mistake. Just oh, here. Pathetic!!!

Located in the Planet Fitness plaza; this Little Caesars was small, clean, and thankfully was not packed with customers at the time I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. I did have to wait a few minutes for it to be freshly made, which I didn’t mind.

They were so busy it was ridiculous. It appeared that they had no system set up because they were at least 15 people standing in the lobby to either order or pick up their orders. You could see in the back where there at least 8 to10 pizzas boxed up and waiting to be given 2 people in the waiting area. I was 3 people behind and then I discovered that if my pizza was sitting on the counter. By the time I got home within 2 minutes the pizza was ice cold and missing items that I ordered and paid for.

Armondo was the manager on duty today. Three pizzas later and my order is still incorrect. He seems to not understand and is very flustered. Management should consider having a more organized leader on shift. Pizza took longer than pizza hut or dominoes and still is incorrect.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza. When I opened the box, the crust had no salt. I let the front cashier know. He walked to the back to address the issue to someone else. When he comes back to the register, he informs that they have no salt. This has to of been known when the pizza was made. Why are pretzel crusts being made without anyone relaying the message that they have no salt for the crust, a part of the pizza? I can understand running out of products, sure, but it felt like it was being hoped that I wouldn’t notice. Come on, Little Caesar’s.

This location has very bad management. Let me start by saying that I wanted to order a $4 Italian cheesy bread and they couldn’t break a $20 bill. I had to wander away to get $5 bills. Then went back to Little Ceaser’s and they now said they can’t break a $5 bill. I asked for a manager and then they can’t even give me my proper change back! They gave me 25 cents when I was owed 72 cents. On top of all this they give the other customer an unbaked brownie and gave the other customer the wrong type of pizza! SERIOUSLY? GET BETTER MANAGEMENT AND KEEP PROPER CHANGE IN YOUR REGISTERS!!!! I will be calling corporate!!
