I have waited months before leaving this review, hoping things would get better. This store has been on a steady decline. There are a number of issues that need to be addressed. The portal doesn’t work, hasn’t worked in months. Yet online orders are still allowed. When you get to the store to pick up your order, you will see it in the portal, but you will have no access to get it. Be prepared to wait in the tiny little lobby with 15 other people, for 35 minutes or more until you get indignant and demand someone hand it to you. When they hand it to you from the portal, it is lukewarm at best. The pizza itself is sloppy, with bald spots and sporadic puddles of sauce. The slice sizes range from super tiny to extra wide in the same box. Another issue is poor management. The person pulling the pizza out the oven is also responsible for boxing the orders and taking orders at the register. Meanwhile there are people walking around in the back talking, completely ignoring the full lobby of customers. Boxes of orders filled, sitting on the counter with no one handing them out. The store manager never comes out and helps take up the slack. I have shopped here for a decade, not because it’s cheap but because it’s nostalgic. It’s a shame I can no longer recommend this spot to anyone and will no longer be a customer.

First of all they had food waiting on the counter tops? , Not the warmer? Big no no, I’m a chef and cook as well, losing warmness and sanitation? The service was great, but the atmosphere is a bit congested, to small and tight space for all the customer’s, I bet the max capacity is about less then twelve people at once! WOW!!!

You have to know certain days to go there most of the time it will be so busy,people will jam packed from inside out.beside that the pizza is good, always hot and fresh just as expected and even when I have leftovers the next day it’s still taste fresh…the weekdays are the best day to go there towards the weekend it be sooo busy.great service

I ordered pizza online for pickup and 8:00 it said that it was suppose to be done at by 8:17. When I went to pick up the food, one of the workers said it would be ready in 2 minutes. I waited the 2 minutes then asked another worker. That worker said that my order was not put in as yet and that I had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. I waited in my car then came back in after the 15 minutes and was told that my order STILL hasn’t bee put in as yet and I was to wait another 10 minutes. I would not have had a problem with the situation if was JUST because the store was backed up. For me, it was the lack of communication and truthfulness about my order. If was told that my food would be delayed from the jump, I would have been more understanding. I did not receive my pizza until 8:45. There was no apology for the inconvenience either.

I went to this particular location waited in line for about ten minutes, finally the cashier then asks me “what I wanted to order”…I then explained that I wanted the lunch special in which he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, then proceeded to go in the back, come back ten minutes later to again “take my order” a total waste of my lunch. You’re better off placing an order online then picking up.

Do not go here! Customer service experience is the worst the manager is very disrespectful he used his bare hands to touch the food. I wait 15 mins for him to tell me he isn’t taking any more orders. He used profanity the a lady that asked a question . He needs to be fired!!!!
