Worst service possible. Need to get cashiers and those in the back to place online orders in the front pickup and to also look properly for orders. Waited 1 hr to get my order. Was in the back warmer for over 10 minutes and the cashier kept telling me that it was still being made. Order was even placed almost 1 hr ahead of time so that it would be ready by the set time of 5:00pm. Their pizza is good for the price but try any other location.

Their customer service is the worse ever! They are very rude. I will not recommend this place if you are looking to buy a pizza and have a good experience. This place is a nightmare – Spent 25 min waiting for a pizza even when I placed a pick order online. They didn’t have my pizza ready and no one knew what happened. They let me waiting and never apologized for the inconvenience.

One the most unorganized establishments I’ve been to in a while. Ordered in store and waited almost 40 minutes for it. There seems to be no distinction between online orders and in store orders. Go to this location very often. It’s like any little Caesars…you place your order, wait at least 15 minute’s and it’s ready. On weekends, this place does get packed.
