This is the Worst establishment I’ve been to. All the employees are in the back! I’ve been here for 1 hour waiting just for a cheese pizza. The skinny girl yelled at me ” WAIT! I JUST GOT HERE !! I had to remember she’s a child. Lord keep me calm. This Place needs MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. An adult. No teenagers the have no customer service skills. 1 star… Poor Service

I decided to try them again, after haven’t been there in almost two years. Still don’t answer the phone. I got there, placed the order and was told it will ready in about 20 minutes, after waiting 20 waiting outside I go back inside and kid looks for my pizzas and he can’t find them, I see him grab the ticket from the counter and gives it to the lady that’s making the pizzas, he tells me , oh waiting on the sausage pizza, a few more minutes. I had to wait another 15 minutes. I get home and discovered an undercooked pizza. Will never again go there.

Horrible customer serviceMy online order was late over 10 minutes and it already was 48 minutes from the time that I had ordered it. Then the best they could say is we have a lot of orders. No- ” sorry, we are doing our best” , nothing at all. 1 person spoke English and barely at that. They don’t place your online order in the warming oven where you’re supposed to retrieve it with your 3 digit #. They wiped my number to : null. Shady workers they do this so it doesn’t show them being late with an online order. I will never order from there again.

Unorganized. They didn’t even have the item I ordered via. Online. Wait times were long and I did a pickup order and came after they said my order was ready which it actually wasn’t. I’d go elsewhere not worth it here. Marco’s pizza is way better!
