Not sure if you care or not, but figure is worth a shot. Let me start by your whole staff is very unprofessional no one there cares and it shows. When three different times during the week at different times and gad no luck and crazy breads also ordered extra cheese they said they couldn’t because they were low on cheese. To me it’s just in saying you continue to do business like so. Hope this helps you so you can be aware and f what’s happening in your establishment.

This was my first time having a delivery through Little Caesar. I will say this right away, the time for it to arrive is awful, I had ordered since around 8:38 pm and was told that my delivery would be done by 9:23 pm max. It wasn’t. It instead was till 9:43pm and it would’ve taken longer if not for me going outside and looking for the delivery man. Apparently he went to another buliding. Either way a pizza takes around 15 min at most 20 min. I don’t know why it took so long, but it wasn unesscessary. A whole hour for a delivery of shop that’s at most 10 min away is ridiculus. I was not told why it took so long. I called the driver and he told me he was near and then took 10 min before I went outside and found him. I would not reccomend doing delivery with this store; it’s a mess even when you go in person. Honestly a horrible experience overall.

Who keeps giving this place 5 stars? This location is trash! The new thing is to fill the crazy sauce half way up and with attitude say thats how it is. The quality of the food and the employees are garbage. Been coming here for yrs and this place has never been more than 1 star

The pizza, the crazy bread and the Italian cheese bread was horrible. Everything was cold and the dough was hard and tasted old. I tried calling and they never pick up the phone. Will take everything back for a credit and will never come back! I should’ve read the reviews first before I ordered from this location. Almost every review is 1 star and horrible!

Went today, Pizza was ready and tasted pretty good. However, the employees are not very friendly. I asked for a bag for the numerous extra sauces I got (the pizza was for several people) and she said “We got no bags”. I said thank you and I stuffed them in my purse and left. They really could be a little more customer friendly.

Customer service is at 0 from the young girl at the counter to the manager. Today at about 5:30pm we were at the store waiting in line to order when a customer told the clerk that the pizza was wrong she had ordered light sauce. The clerk told her that the order was for a regular pizza. The customer insisted and the clerk kept saying she ordered wrong. The clerk went inside and came out saying she couldn’t re-do the pizza that she had to take it like that. The customer insisted and the clerk started screaming at the customer. At that point the customer also got agitated and threw the box at the counter and started to leave. The clerk threw a pizza at he customer but missed and hit my sister. She got her pants and purse stained. No one apologized. The manager came out saying the customer had no right to do what she did, but never acknowledged what the clerk had done. The only thing they did was open the bathroom for my sister to wash up. No apologies, we left and no one cared. Horrific customer service. Avoid this place if you hate “chusmeria”!
