Every time I come to this place I realize why I haven’t been here In years. I ordered crazy bread online ONLY 1 pack of crazy bread. Said ETA 5:35 and I get there at 5:40, where they store the crazy bread to keep them warm had like 10 bags of crazy bread, I would’ve been fine with them giving me one and gone by my day. But no? My order wasn’t ready for an extra 35 MINUTESSSSS!!!!! For CRAZY BREAD.

I have been shopping at Little Caesars for over 20 years and I’ve always gone to the same one and over the past few years the Quality of the service and the food has diminished hysterically today it was one of the worst I was in the store for over an hour everybody look like they were lost when they were trying to do the orders they were over 10 people within the store everybody’s orders were behind one of the workers that was at the register kept opening and closing the same box trying to make sure she had the right order they don’t look like they’re properly trained I want to ask The Manager was there not trying to be a Karen but to see if I can get a job to improve the location she said the manager was not on the location this is very sad and very unprofessional

The waiting time is ridiculous. I have to wait 30-35 minutes while waiting in a cramped room full of customers who are also complaining that it’s taking so long. I was told 10 minute wait time. After 10 minutes, for whatever reason they had to start my pizza from scratch again… This location is extremely unmaintained and has VERY poor management. Sometimes they DONT accept credit or debit cards, and they tell customers to go get cash back at the publix next door. Im writing this review while as Im waiting and Im watching a frustrated woman complaining that her order isn’t correct. It’s like customer after customer is having a problem with their order here.

Yesterday I picked up a pizza, I got home and there was an extra ingredient missing, I called and they told me to come back for another pizza. When I returned to the establishment, the lady who attended told me that why didn’t I return the other pizza? that she was sure that I had eaten it and that I was going to have to go to the gym for eating so much pizza. The lady was very rude, the gossip should leave her out of work and be more professional
