This store used to be great now it is horrible! Twice I have ordered pizza for pick up. I always get extra sauce and you can not add it when you order online so I have to call. They do not answer and I had to keep calling for 15 minutes. I ordered crazy bread with sauce both times and both times I didn’t receive any sauce. The second time I told the girl who answered to make sure my husband get the sauce. He even asked is the sauce in the box and they said yes. When he brings it home of course there was no sauce. I will never order from this location again and recommend if you want ur order complete do t chose this store. Their prices have went up so much you are better ordering Pizza Hut or another pizza brand because little Cesar’s has just completely went down hill… If I could give zero stars I would and that actually would still be to much…

They basically close at 9 (possibly earlier) and pretend to stay open another hour. The past 5 times I’ve gone they have refused to make pizza or sell me pizza. They say they are short staffed but 2 employees can definitely make a pizza and if they can’t then the store should be closed.

Smh……we will start with the deep dish first….not very deep at all. This use to be a beautiful, thick, deep dish pizza…it is now just a thick square pizza. I’m not sure what happen. Service was horrendous I ask for pepperoni and she kept saying cheese. No cold sodas.

The best thing about Little Caesars is the hot and ready pizza. I went in without calling ahead and there were several other people inside, but the whole order, pay and get going prices couldn’t have taken more than 6 minutes. They were fantastic and I highly recommend this place.

I have never had any issues with food or service from little caesers pizza. They also have great lunch deals and they also have hot and ready and if they don’t have what you want immediately available that only takes about 5 to 12 minutes for them to get you what. Bathrooms are somewhat clean and service always seems to be somewhat friendly.

Found two long strands of hair on my pizza but when I call no one answers. Does no one wear hairnets anymore? This is ridiculous. Little Caesar’s get your s***t together!!!! Where is management?!?!?! Why are your employees not answering the phones?? I went the next day with the pizza I had purchased the night before with the hair in it as proof so I could get a refund and the manager their Julian T. could care less. No apology was given and you could tell by his demeanor it wasn’t something that was important to him. When I asked him why no one is picking up the phones he said he didn’t know and he doesn’t control that. I called the number to the store while I was there and could see my call coming through but the phone was silenced. As a manger it is your responsibility to speak up and notify upper management if you are unable to resolve an issue yourself. Get a clue Julian T. Little Caesars you need to clean house at this location ASAP.

Walked in to get our pizza from the portal and asked a girl at the counter for our ranch cups, she pointed at what was on the counter infront of her and I said “those are Buffalo Ranch, do you have normal Ranch?” She then put her hand up at me and walked into the back to work on a different order…. then came back out, ignored me and another girl that came out with her slowly walked to the opposite end of the counter and grabbed Ranch and slowly gave it to me like I was stupid… HORRIBLE STAFF.
