My coworker and came here for the first time we wanted to try the Chicago deep pizza and the cheese bread the pizza was actually delicious the cheese bread was good but the person forgot to give us a marinara sauce after she asked us if we wanted marinara sauce we said yes and they still forgot to gave us marinara souse, the deep pizza is great the customer service and employees need some improvement. Overall great pizzas not very friendly employees!

On a whim, and a late afternoon question on what to feed the kids for dinner had me trying the Little Caeser’s pizza with the Tmobile Tuesday promotion. The online ordering was smooth and painless. However, heading into the store had me confused on how to pick up the pizza. I explained to the staff that I ordered online, and they didn’t have an answer for me other than, they weren’t sure, but when it’s ready, I’ll get an email with the code for the pizza portal.

Trash service, person behind the counter didn’t greet me, didn’t respond when I greeted them, didn’t respond after I ordered my food and just blank face stared at me. I left and told them to have a good night. No wonder no one’s ever in there anymore. I used to come to this location all the time, as I live right up the street, but this was the last time. Take your business elsewhere, they need a serious lesson in customer service, not to mention food safe practices.

Walked in this afternoon, and ordered two pizzas from TJ. He was really helpful, friendly, and helped me figure out my order. The place was clean, including the bathroom. Pizza was ready in about 10 min. First time trying Caesar’s pizza. I’ve paid twice as much for pizza this good. I’ll be back again. Thanks for the great pizza and service TJ.

I moved from that area about 3 years ago, today I pass by excited to get some crazy and I get a pepperoni pizza because that’s the only thing they had only one man working with an attitude I get home I live in Casselberry dry Pizza like if it was sitting there for days crazy bread and no butter dry like if the garlic parmesan had no butter I’m just so unhappy I don’t understand how they allowed at 5:30 6:00 p.m. in the you have only one person working and then tell me I have to wait 30 minutes just to get deep dish.

We called to see if they had the pretzel crust pizza and they said yes so we ordered online,but when we got there a guy said they tried to call us back to tell us they didn’t have any cheese sauce!! This was aggravating cause this was the 2nd Little Ceasars we went to after ordering online to find out they didn’t have any nor the cheese sauce!! Very disappointed!!

I visited on 3/14. Pi Day. At dinner time, 7pm-ish. They only had two employees working and neither was hustling despite a lobby full of customers. Despite my wife and I ordering at the same time, our pizzas were ready 40 minutes apart. We each used a T-Mobile promo for a $3.14 large pizza and the quality reflected that.
