My recent order was a stuffed pretzel crust pizza & I received a regular stuffed crust. This is also the 2nd time my pizza wasn’t fully cut. Generally the company will send new pizza cutters every 3/4 months, I know from experience. I never have a problem with Caesar wings, they are decent.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza and it wasn’t even pretzel crust. The girl working the front counter was rude and unhelpful. I emailed customer service and got no response. Still have not tried the pretzel crust, and I guess I never will, because I refuse to ever go back.

Well I ordered online at 7:09 to make it fast and easy for the family, didn’t get my food till 8:18. It said it would be ready by 7:35-7:41 upon waiting for my food I witnessed an employee eating pepperoni while making pies. Stating what I had saw out loud, some of the other people waiting in the lobby walked out of the restaurant. If I hadn’t already paid I would have walked out too, but after stating the disgusting episode and asking for my food, it escalated the matter for a manager to come up. An employee then grabbed boxes that were apparently my food that was just sitting there, not under a heater or in the portal where they were supposed to be, the employee handed me the food, and then the manager stated ‘now that you have your order you can leave the store’ she then proceeded to say ‘if your not done creating a scene I will call the cops’ needless to say I’ll never order from there again and will be reporting this to the health department. Avoid this place!

Good pizza at a great price. I used the app which is really easy and a lot faster than calling the store. Also it’s contactless even though I had to pick it up, they have the pizza portal machine which you just type in your code and the machines door opens and you just grab your warm pizza. So easy and didn’t have to talk to anyone.

The lady at the pizza place is incredibly rude! I bought 2 pepperoni pizzas, but one turned out to be cheese. When I called to get a credit for another day, she insisted I had to take the pizza now. So inconvenient! When I visited the store, she never greeted me or said goodbye. And when my husband complained, she hung up on him. Seriously, why have such miserable people working with customers? Does the owner even care about reviews?

The 2 African American ladies were not wearing gloves while making the pizza! I observed them the whole time back and forth from the cashier to kitchen! Nasty people!!! Touching the cashier counter didn’t even wash or sanitize their hand ! Please if you are concerned about your health do not go to this place! And, if you see someone like this while waiting for your food report them to the health department.

This location in Sanford needs to take a class in customer service. There should never be a time where the customer has more courtesy than the business. A “hello” and “thank you” goes a long way. I got 2 pizzas yesterday and when I went to pick it up the girl behind the counter straight rolled her eyes at me. As I’m leaving I’m like thank you, she looked me in the face and says nothing.

Great restaurant, but I hate when they do NOT answer the phone. Makes me waste more of my time, to wait for a pizza that takes 15 minutes. When I came in a call and 3 of the employees ignore the phone, and is not busy. Mr. Hernandez needs to hire better employees
