The one we went to wasn’t that great. The lady helping us was very pleasant, but the food was terrible, the dough tasted and smelled old (I use to work at a Little Ceasars and I know what old dough smells and tastes like) . Granted we don’t go to this particular location much, but we’ve his had thus problem a few times before, so we won’t be going back in the future…though we do wish them well

There is something not right going on here. I placed an online order. Went to pick it up and they claimed they did not get it. I pulled it up on my phone and showed them. They then said they were out of dough so could not make it. I told them to issue a refund and they said they could not because it was online. Something crazy is going on here. Don’t waste your time or money.

I had the most disappointing experience at a Little Caesars in my life today, at the location in Newberry, Florida. There were no lights on in the restaurant . The lighted menu was not on. I paid almost $13 for a pepperoni hot and ready and crazy bread without sauce . When I looked at my receipt and it read $6.99 for the pizza and $3.99 for that half of a crazy bread with no sauce.

I was their Friday at 7:16 and the girl said they weren’t going to make no pizza because they were about to close i said it’s only 7:16 and she said so were not going to make any and she told me to buy the cheese pizza that was already in their. This is the 3rd time with this place I will never go back their ever again. Not to mention how rude and disrespectful they are their. NEVER AGAIN

Placed a scheduled order for pick up later that afternoon and the unprofessional unproperly trained employee proceeded to ARGUE that there was no order placed let alone knew how to look up the order. I showed him proof of the order and somehow he ‘found’ it. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order that was not ready to be picked up. I ordered deep dish pizzas, he tried to tell me they didn’t have deep dish there LOL I complained to corporate and the district manager was supposed to call me, well it’s been a week and nothing.

I bought a pizza earlier today and it made me VERY SICK, I’m literally throwing everything up. Trying to call and they won’t even answer the phone. It is 9:39 and I’ve been trying to call for 30 minutes and nobody picks up. The phone just hangs up. I would like a refund fof my purchage. This is ridiculous your food shouldn’t make people SICK. Y’all don’t close til 10pm why can’t y’all answer a phone???

This location shouldnt even be in Business. Ive been here multiple times and sometimes there closed when it says there open they like changing there hours and putting up a sign but never Adjusting it online. Then one time there was a lady sitting outside Smoking a cigarette and told me they were out of pizza dough. They never answer phones and i just wouldnt Recommend to anyone.

Ordered online. Arrived at store to get pizza, was told they ran out of dough. When I asked about how to get reimbursed was told to dispute charge with my bank. Bank has to cancel my card and send me a new one.

Updating review again… they have gone completely off the rails. Order at your own risk. They don’t even bother having a working phone anymore. You can’t trust what the app says if you order online – when you get there it might be ready, you might have to wait another half hour, or you might learn that they are out of dough (again), and not filling any of the orders that they’ve received. Then, maybe you’ll get a refund – you hope! They also might not even acknowledge you when you come to the counter, intentionally ignoring you for long periods of time, even when your pizza IS ready to picked up and they’re standing 10 feet away from you while you try to talk to them (and they’re not helping anyone else). In their kitchen area there is water dripping down into buckets from the ceiling, and food prep workers wearing Crocs with bare feet. Owners and management (if there is any) have completely given up. Unfortunately my wife loves the pizza for some reason, but I’ve told her I’m not going back to this location.

This store needs help. It seems very short staffed the last few times I have went in. Or placed an order online..The 2 employees were working very hard to keep up, but having to rush didn’t do as good of a job the could have done if they didn’t have to rush. But the orders were still taking twice as long as the should and product was unsatisfactory. I wish I would have taken pictures I swear there were only 12 pepperoni on my extra most bestest. The crazy bread was very dry and unbuttered.
