Super disappointed. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas(one thin crust and one extramostbestest) and then a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread. I ended up with way over cooked cheesy bread and three pepperoni pizzas. They won’t pick up when you call either(30 minutes of trying to get ahold of them) so we called the store in Pace and they said they get like 5 calls a day where the Milton store has messed up orders and don’t answer the phone. So much for an easy dinner night.

As I just left 7 min ago , the guy moping the front finally came out after my car and 2 others had circled thru, even through their drive up speaker has been broke forever!! Instead of catching customers, once he saw I was taking pics, he quickly plugged the sign back up…. instead of apologizing for mix up, he came out to yell at me for taking pics. I explained I thought the online hours were wrong and wanted to let someone know, instead of even the “assistant manager” Jarrod trying to make things right, they only tried to tell me how I was in the wrong! I asked the name of the employee mopping, was told the assistant manager didn’t know him but by his street name as “Fat”…. I even informed him I would be making online review , …i’ll go back to any other place that serves more respect, or even said sorry for the mix up….. but watching multiple customers ahead and then me drive thru multiple times and not try to guess why or what the issue is and come out and be rude to the consumer…… glad this was out of my way…..

The girl at the front counter was very nice. I placed my order of a Thin crust and deep dish meat lovers. I live out in east Milton. Got home opened it up and the deep dish wasn’t fully cooked neither was the thin crust. I picked up a piece of deep dish to where it just fell apart now I am having to finish cooking instead of eating. This is the last time I will be doing business with this Little Caesars pizza in Milton!!!!!!!!! Whoever owns this franchise needs to get either better equipment to cook the pizzas or needs to retrain staff. Fix his drive-through. And teach them how to answer a phone. Or just close shop from all the negative reviews I’m saying.

This is our favorite pizza place. Best price for delicious pizza in town. We order from here at least once a week and today we decided to go in after 3pm. The staff was AWESOME and service was EXCELLENT!!! ❤

Ordered one cheese pizza on the app 30 minutes before I left my destination from Pensacola to the place and it still wasn’t ready had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be ready. No apology for the extra wait or offered anything for the long wait either. Won’t be back to this location. I would definitely recommend a different location.

First off, I don’t normally set the bar super high for fast food. But I had an exceptionally bad experience yesterday. Walked in the store at 545 and was told it was a 20 minute wait, so I went back to the truck and ordered on the app at 551. App said it would be ready between 620 and 625, so my son and I went back in at 620. Food wasn’t ready, so about 630, I asked the cashier if she could tell me how much longer it would be and she proceeded to ignore me and go to the back of the store. When she came back, I asked again and requested a manager to address my concerns. My food was finally ready at 649. Food was good, but I do not tolerate being ignored.

Now, normally I deal with some things that come along with a busy Friday night, football games and possibly short staffed but rudeness is an absolute no for me. I ordered 2 hours before for a specific time pickup… I got there 15 minutes later and it wasn’t even done. Young girl at the counter was rude (may have been a bad day) told me it wasn’t ready and she didn’t know when it would be. I waited 10 more minutes and asked again… she said she didn’t know. Asked for the manager… both said “soon”. I said soon wasn’t an answer I needed a time… 4 minutes for crazy bread. Pizza was fresh, service was sub par (not the first time)… timing was terrible and soon is not an answer after I asked twice and told I don’t know. Obviously, she could find out. No hot and readys for those coming in. They were very busy but that is not acceptable customer service. I get the pizza is cheap but customer service doesn’t take much if you just try. This was a $60 order.

This is by far the lousiest little Caesars I’ve ever visited. They close earlier now at 8pm due to staff shortage. Understandable. If they were to answer their phone I would have known this information. I got there at 730pm. I walk in & the little girl is just staring at me doing absolutely nothing but messing with the other kid that is actually working. She hesitated hard to come to the front counter like it wasn’t her job. When she finally came up there no “how are you? No nothing but we close soon and we are only selling what we have. I said ok & that is??? Just cheese bread. Again answering the phone with this info would have saved me a trip & I could’ve went straight to the pace one. The owner needs to go ahead and fire everyone & start over or just sell it. These kids were clearly more happy that they were closing early than being apologetic. Wont even waste my gas or money to bother with this horrible business again.

Tried calling repeatedly to order ahead, no answer. Got to the store and was told we don’t answer the phone, we don’t have enough people. The girl at the front was very nice, however having to sit and wait is frustrating. At least put on your answering we can’t get to the phone because we are short staffed.
