Typical chain Pizza, take out I had no bad experience went in was promptly served employees were prompt and polite and out the door I went I purchased a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was good to my satisfaction no complaints here..

This location really is hit or miss and it’s unfortunate. The pizza is always good, but we’ve had to wait 45+ minutes for a classic pepperoni on more than one occasion and we’ve never been able to grab one “hot and ready” which is their whole premise. I finally found the motivation to write a review because they couldn’t even be bothered to cut our pizza today

There was a little issue on my order tonight but the girl at the front desk with brown hair was so so sweet and did everything possible to correct the issue . This poor crew was working like crazy trying to handle all of the orders in such a hot atmosphere ! Definitely kudos to the team for working their tails off to serve Navarre ❤️ 5 stars for the top service there. .

Absolutely terrible! The last time we tried to get pizza they took an order for 75 freaking pizzas and made everyone (65 people wait). We just left and didn’t ask for a refund. The next week we go back thinking hopefully it will be better. They proceeded AGAIN to take an order for 45 pizzas (making everyone wait). I understand it’s business but come on. They should have a limit to this kind of thing. Also, I feel terrible for the workers they are short staffed and they have no air.

Ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni and they gave me a regular pizza with more pepperoni, which was disappointing. Especially seeing as it was more for the crust than the pepperoni. The other pizza was their 3-meat Detroit style pizza, which was great. Both were hot and fresh. Crazy bread was just ok.

Wife called in for a pick up. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive in 20 minutes and they tell me they’re working on it. 25 minutes later, no pizza. Kid at the counter has another lame excuse. There was a man ahead of me that ordered as I came in, got his fresh pizza after a short wait and left. Pitiful! Lesson learned

I’ve been getting little Caesars since 87 and it use to be really good and you got 2 pizzas for less than 10 but while the pizza is its does not taste as good as it use to be

This place has gone downhill with the new ownership. Staff seem clueless with customer service, old and overcooked pizza, long waits, pizza pickup portal doesn’t work properly, no more military discounts, etc. Luckily there are other pizza places in Navarre.

The night crew is very unorganized. The last 3 times I have visited. They do not have Hot and ready pizzas separate from Door dash orders. And if you order in lobby you have to wait 30 min or more. They should always have a fresh stock or Hot Hot and ready pizzas and if they do not the lobby guest should b served first before an online door dash order. Or have a max wait time for lobby guest before they get a coupon or free pizza (like dominoes). The night manager or front line manager also always looks like he hates his job and walks around with a scoul on his face talking to himself. I’ve been very disappointed with the overall customer service here lately.
