Hey great experience here. As I stayed inside I had more of a chance to see the workings and the goings-on of how it works here. The employees are great and efficient. Mr. Gerald help me out and gave me a pizza that was pepperoni that I really loved. It was hot it was ready and it was great I would recommend this to my family and friends. I came at lunchtime so I can only imagine how nice it is at suppertime to get a big juicy pizza and a whole bunch of chicken wings. Check it out

Would recommend absolutely any pizza place other than this location. Called in a “hot and ready” pretzel crust 20 mins before going to pick it up, still had to wait 20 mins for them to make it. The entire staff was just dragging their feet, not wanting to be there. While waiting for my pizza I heard one of the employees tell another that they can’t do pretzel crusts anymore because they’re out of cheese sauce, and instead of telling me they were out, they gave me a pizza with no sauce on it. After waiting an extremely long time, for what’s supposed to be readily available, I was severely disappointed in the quality. Terrible location with lazy, unmotivated staff. Should be shut down or completely re staffed. Will absolutely never be returning and encourage others to go elsewhere.

Ignored by employee for a solid five minutes. They were sweeping so I figured I’d let them finish. Finally started to feel like maybe they didn’t realize I needed to order still so asked if I could. They ignored me outright, so I asked again “can I order?” and they “yes but you’ll have to wait because…” and trailed off. We gave up as we had somewhere to be. Just wanted to grab a hot n ready, it was such a weird experience. The only reason I would ever stop by here is because it’s fast. If it can’t be fast there is literally no point, Hungry Howie’s is way better at the same price point. The last time we came here we waited for 20 minutes for a “hot n ready” after paying, so this will almost certainly be the last time we try.

Can’t follow online order instructions again…. selecting whole on Bacon and whole on pepperoni means both toppings on entire pizza. Not half and half. then get a irritated reply of “well this is how we made it I guess we can remake if we have to”. Don’t worry about it , glad $15 minimum wage is a thing….

Staff always confirm they will add extra sauce as requested, but they never do. Pizza is too dry around the edges. What happened to the old sausage brand? New sausage is diced too big.

Saw this new commercial about stuffed crazybread. So, I decided to get some for the kids and I for movie night. It was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Had to wait my turn outside before entering to pay, due to pandemic. It wasn’t a long wait. I was impressed the customers ahead of me were being served rather quickly. Friendly cashier. Overall experience was good. Great prices. Will definitely vist again. I would suggest management or employees clean outside entrance in corner. Bit of an eyesore.

Went by and sign says hot and ready but when went in was told at least 7 minutes to cook another person there told me they told her same thing but now was over 10 and counting. Thought hot and ready was to be ready. This was at 5 pm today so pizza would not go to waste because open 5 plus hours. Just too lazy to cook and put in warm boxes in store so they would prefer to just lie and advertise hot and ready.

Came here at 8:45 on a Sunday. They said they were closed. Closing time is listed as 9, plenty of time to cook a pizza. The people working here were just lazy and didn’t want to do it.
