Picked up pizza from them and it wasn’t even cut into slices. This is second time I been there and both times the service been horrible. Poor management and will definitely not be going back

the employee of this pizzeria is rude. There was an order from this pizzeria through the 3rd application. When I entered and showed the name of the order on my phone, to which she told me not to show me the phone and tell me the name I could not pronounce the name of the client. As a result, she left without giving the order .

04-06-23 7:30 PM 3541 University Blvd. I ordered the Crazy Combo for 3.99, as pictured along with the price. I was then told by the employee and manager Will, that the “combo” was only for the bread sticks (1 item) and that it did not include sauce. Where’s the combo? To add insult to injury, I asked the employee why the change had occurred and he said it was because of COVID. I put my $ back into my wallet and snapped the pic of the menu. Does this location practice false advertisement? Where’s their corporate supervision?

I placed a mobile order right outside of the restaurant, and the order was supposed to be ready at 8:13pm-8:18pm. In an attempt to rush me out the door, I was given 2 wrong orders before my order was ready at 8:53pm and when I asked for a marinara sauce the manager said I could pay for it since my pizza being late wasn’t his problem. He then referenced being a “spitter” and then continued to try and argue with me until I walked out the door. 0 stars, and please give me a full refund because this pizza is going straight in the trash. PS: I will NEVER order from this location again.

Order the lunch meal and the pizza was uncooked and had to throw away the pizza. I called to complaint about it and I was put on hold for over 4 minutes had no choice to hang up.

Instant regret. I ordered online so it would be convenient to pick up in the portal – that is the only pro. I called right after the order was placed to see if the extra most bestest pepperoni also has extra cheese – no answer. Went to pick up the pizza – the box looked absolutely filthy!!! I barely wanted to touch it, why does the top of the box look this way? (See pic) So I asked for napkins – was told unapologetically that they were out of napkins. (???) Won’t be coming back here!
