I been coming to this place for sometime and wasn’t the best back then. The crazy bread was very bad and the pizza wasnt that great either. Now its so much better than it was before with alot of changes I seen. Good customer service and always friendly when I order my food.

After initially having my order completely messed up and some confusion with the store, the new manager remade the order and it came out awesome. She was very kind, polite, and was trying to do everything in her power to make sure we had a good experience. The remade food was awesome!

Constantly get my order wrong. Today was the last straw. I looked right at her and asked for pretzel crust, even pointed to the sign above our heads. I get all the way home and it’s classic. Go back immediately, no questions asked about if the order was wrong, just a joking ‘hello again’. The second order was finally the pretzel crust, but it was undercooked, probably because they saw me pacing in frustration. This seems to be a big problem at many places nowadays, there is no listening skills regarding customer service. I can’t believe I have to check my pizza at the counter like they’re 5 year olds.

I ordered the cheese slices and sticks (pizza and breadsticks) for the first time and was not disappointed. As you can tell, I already attacked the breadsticks on my drive home, ♀️ I am obsessed with their Twix and M&M brownies! They are to die for!

Wow. This is the worst I have ever had from this location, they are normally great with food prep. Went through drive thru. We order at 3:26pm no food at 3:58pm. My daughter had to go in to get the order. And they didn’t have the second item with it. And forgot the sauce. The Italian cheese bread was not done. Get home and EVERTHING was almost raw on the pizza,, the unbaked vegetables of mushrooms, onions, and black olives were just laying on the pizza. I have ordered numerous times before and never like this. Totally unacceptable. I had to rebake for 20 minutes at home jn the oven. Totally defeating pick up for home. I think this location is off my list and I always gave this one good reviews. Check the pizza before you leave the place.

Sign on outside of building had incorrect price for crazy bread combo and when I pointed it out the employee didn’t do anything about and just charged me the “new and raised cost”. She just said “oh it looks like the price went up on me!” Also then she forgot our sauce (which is what makes it a combo) and didn’t even say sorry.
