We had an order online and they waited 45 minutes to tell us that the crust we ordered they didn’t have. It was over 75 minutes waiting for a pizza that wasn’t even remotely good after we waited. And the manager did nothing. Not a discount or even an apology. Totally unacceptable standards.

My husband did an online order several weeks ago. We showed up at the time it said it would be ready and I walked in and they hadn’t even put it in the oven. The girl at the counter said it would be another 20 minutes. My husband had the app and it showed that it was completed 25 minutes later. I walk back inside and then was told that they were out of stuff crust . At this time we had been waiting for an hour and ten minutes. We said that we wanted a refund . They printed me a sheet that said that it was done but it wasn’t. It took us three weeks to get a call from the corporate office and it has not been resolved. DONT go to here. You will leave more hungry than when you got there. Also, the girl at the counter had a headset in and never once took them out. So unprofessional.

DO NOT order from this place. I placed an order online, but it redirected me to Doordash. The Doordash driver canceled my order without providing any explanation. I contacted Doordash, and they informed me that they would refund my money within 10 business days. However, they refused to place a new order for me and suggested that I call the store directly. I called the store more than 10 times, but nobody answered, it just kept ringing. I decided to go to the store in person and let me tell you… their customer service is HORRIBLE! They told me it was none of their business and advised me to deal with Doordash instead. I will never order food from this place EVER again, and if I could, I would give them a 0 stars rating. They should seriously consider hiring better employees.

Ordered a pizza at 3:15, planned perfect to pick up on the way home, at 3:30 the tracker said it was ready, I had already paid online! Went to the door and it had a note they were closed! Went to the side where it connects to the convenience store and there were 4 people in there and they said they couldn’t figure out their system? Wth? I could see pizzas in the portal reeady! I ordered papa johns down the street and it was ready when I got there! Papa John’s has my business now! Poor relations!! Bad business

Stopped going here. They don’t wear and kind of food service gloves or hair nets of any kind. Unless coming in on a slow time they never have any hot and ready pizzas and when they don’t they don’t say anything to the customers so you end up with 30 ppl awkwardly sitting in the small lobby

Ordered food online for pickup. My bf got there to get it and they said they didn’t have any food to make (but they were still open & had over an hour before closing time).. the part that i don’t get is how do you not know how to refund my money for an order that I can’t get. Nor did the employee have the managers info which I’m sure was a lie. So no refund for food I didn’t receive & no resolution! Do better please! No reason why I shouldn’t have gotten my money back to my card!

I always order online and my food is blazing hot when I pick it up. I always order the veggie pizza and extra cheese pizza. Funny I order pizza that I know won’t be in the warmer…lol The staff is always cool. The restaurant is always clean too
