Got the Slices-N-Sticks and they were extremely greasy for some reason this time. The food was ready at the correct time but there is a lack of customer service with the pizza portal being the new pick up service. The marinara sauce was cold but nothing the microwave couldn’t fix. Little Caesars still has the best prices of all the fast food pizza places.

Called in our order. Price was good and pizza was even better. Like that you can call in the order and park right in front of the building to go inside and pick it up. It was ready and hot waiting on me to pick up. No line. Very easy and fast service. Forgot to take a picture but will add next time we go up there. They wasn’t that busy with orders walking in but was very busy with call in orders.

The ONLY reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of one is because they are convenient. But man do they not know how to get an order right. Time before last they left off my sauce for my breadsticks that I ordered. Last time I ordered a pepperoni pizza and came home with a cheese pizza. And again tonight, ordered pepperoni extra most bestest and got home with a cheese pizza. Which really couldn’t even be called a cheese pizza. Barely any cheese. Won’t be returning.

I used to buy pizza from this Little Caesars often, but I won’t be going back. The guy behind the counter is very rude, and he offers no explanation or apology for their extremely slow service. The time before last, my name was on the screen and I received an email saying that my pizza was ready, but there were no pizzas in the slot with my name. The last time, my pizzas were sitting in a slot with no name. I’m not sure what has changed recently, but I won’t be returning to find out.
