I order a pizza online and when I received it, it was not done! The pizza dough was not cooked. You try to call the restaurant, can not ever get anyone to answer you! Also it had very little beef and hardly no pineapple,when you pay for a pizza and what they charge you to deliver the fees, it should be done right. They need to get a cook that know how to make a pizza.

Most incompetent staff in the pizza world, at least on some times. Completely ignored customers for more than 15 minutes when I was there. They would have left but they had already purchased online, but of course the staff had refused to load anything into the pizza portal so it could be removed easily and quickly. “Manager” appeared to be the cook but felt that was his only duty and wouldn’t work to correct anything else while the rest of the staff just stuck to “their jobs.” I know it’s hard to get talent paying what LC is probably paying, but it’s hard to even call it a business at this point.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this one I just can’t let go. On July 18th, My sister and I arrived to pick up an online order (1 order of cheesebread) at about 8:55 and they don’t close until 10. The lights were mostly off, and the ladies working wouldn’t even open the window. They just rudely yelled: “WE’RE CLOSED, WE AIN’T TAKING NO MORE ORDERS!” We tried to explain that we already placed our order, to which one of them replied “GET A REFUND!” I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. We aren’t the only customers this happened to, as we watched a truck with two children in the back seat try to get their dinner order too. When the gentleman explained to them that he also placed an order. The employee looked back into the dark business at the blank screen, and sarcastically told him “well I don’t see anything on the screen so ♀️” and they locked the door and rushed to the car with their pizzas and sleeve of cups or something from inside. I hope they can at least be reprimanded, because if this is how business is conducted, I certainly won’t be returning.

Use to be pretty good but not anymore. Ordered 2 pep pizzas gave me one that had been in heater old and dried out and one was fresh. Why not 2 fresh ones so one was good other one was trash that was just poor customer service and they were not busy. Very disappointed

Not only have the been randomly closed during business hours when I’ve driven by for pizzas on random days, but I also placed an order for delivery tonight that they gave away to someone else and when I requested they remake the order and just deliver it to me an hour+ late, they refused and said they’re just too busy to place a “new” order. And then I was directed to work through DoorDash, who I hadn’t even placed the delivery order through, to arrange a refund in a couple days.
