I have ordered pick up from this location many times and had never had any issues until today so I am editing my previous 4 star review to a 2 star. While the food was hot & fresh, the gentleman working the counter inside was quite rude. He seemed put out to tell me that an item I ordered was not available and got an attitude when I asked if I could get a replacement. He questioned why I should get a replacement item and well, since I paid for my full order upon placing it then yes I should be OFFERED a replacement item and not have to ASK for it. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again. There is no reason to be rude to your guests!

We usually get pizza after church and although the pizza is hot and fresh, the staff is not friendly. However today we went through the drive through and three other cars drove off in front of us. We waited at the window for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. We then parked and went inside and were completely ignored for 10 minutes. The staff saw us and did not acknowledge us. We left and went to friendly Papa John’s. We will never go back to Little Caesars!!

Little Ceasars is not $5 anymore! This change took affect sometime in June of this year, and the new fee is $7 plus tax per hot and ready pizza. The location has a tight drive-through that has maybe a 3-5 min. Wait. There is a little parking next to the hairstore if you need to wait on a large order. The steam and heat that comes out of that place feels like its a sweat shop…the temperture is a concern, not just for food levels but the employees. The heat issue is a new observance that I think needs to be looked into, but the pizza is always hot, but not always ready. I give it a 4 because the place consistantly stays open which is convenient.

I ordered crazy bread at the store. Every single time I have always bought crazy bread it is always came with sauce. And now all of a sudden The guy tells me that I need to buy the sauce separately. And that I am being rude. Bread sticks should come with sauce. I spent over $40 in the store. It wasn’t just like I was buying a $5 pizza.

The pizza and bread sticks meal man I at good babe came back with half pepperoni & cheesy bread sticks baked so good together I didn’t even need Marinara sauce for the bread sticks they did a good job and hope they keep the pride in the good work they do over there. We went there between 6pm & 7pm who ever the pizza chef is at that time very good job.
