I made a order when it was being picked up was informed they did not have the cheesey bread The employees was very rude when asked about correcting the issues so they gave another pizza and frozen brownies when we got home the dips we ordered was not there the pizzas was not correct I sent in a ticket to customer service and they have not contacted back.

Pizza was 30 minutes late according to the tracker times given. After being asked SEVERAL times what my order was, they STILL didn’t get it right. The crust wasn’t crispy as usual and the cheese wasn’t melted on the edges. The dogs enjoyed it though. Always check your order before leaving.

I sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes without the cashier acknowledging me. She waited on 4 people inside and still did not acknowledge me. I therefore get out of my truck while still sitting at the actual drive thru window and went inside to order my food. I explained to her that I had been waiting patiently while she ignored the fact that I was sitting at the window. Then she asked, “How many people are behind you” and I tell her the same amount of people that have driven around the building the entire time I was waiting. Poor customer service but the food was good all credit to the staff not at the drive through.
