Past few months the service has been getting worse, can’t place a online order because the app is always off, so went through the drive through to get some hot and ready just to be told they were closed 40 minutes earlier than normal and half the kids there was out back smoking and the other half had the front doors and sidewalk blocked hanging out with friends. I hope the owner sees this and hires a real night manager to fix this place!

Rude little shi**, absolutely no customer service skills at all. I have no problem with teenagers running the whole place COOL, but atleast be personable. Also the deep dish is square not oblong or oval, they must have failed geometry. I wouldn’t have even cared about the shape but it was honestly like someone just put sauce on a loaf of bread.

Went to get a pizza from the pick up window at 630. I was the first car in line. When we finally got our pizza at 730 after abandoning the car and going inside, there were 10 total vehicles waiting on their Hot n Ready orders. Final insult to injury: our pizza was room temp when my son and I got it. -5/5

We have had been noticing a decline in taste for a while or quality..but this was the worst..we were excited to get us the new Pretzel crust pizza..we had friends over on Super Bowl Sunday..we’ll this pizza was HORRIBLE..we even called it in so it would be good!!! This place needs new management!!!

Would give a negative 5 star review if possible. The absolute rudest little punks are employed here. Waited 30 minutes on order which is not a problem but when I got it it was wrong. I asked to be ringed up for the items I wanted and then the kid as rudely as possible said “well you’re going to have to pay for that” while I’m standing there with my credit card in hand. I bit my tongue and said of course I’ll pay for it here’s my card. Then he just stood there and stared at me??? I finally said forget and give me a refund. The absolute worst customer service I’ve encountered anywhere in a long time.

Little Caesars in Trenton use to be a good place to go for a quick meal. The last few times we have ordered pizza from there it was terrible and wish I had not waisted my money. The pizza was over cooked and hardly any cheese. We had paid for extra cheese and did not receive any. I will not be going back there. Hopefully if they get enough bad reviews things might change!!

Called to place a pick up order. Asked for a meat lovers type pizza I was told they are not Pizza Hut and corrected me saying the have a 3 meat and 5 meat. Ok cool no biggie. I finishing up my order but before i could give the coupon the DUDE HUNG UP! He was rude the moment he picked up the phone. I was like I get it we all have those days but I sat and thought like you don’t need to be rude if you DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE! No reason to treat customers who are just placing an order (your job is customer service) learn to treat people right!
