This place is really hit and miss. I get a pizza here at least once a week. The lunch combo meal is a steal at $6! You get a pan pizza and a drink for that. You cannot find any cheaper lunch. Now for the pizza review. Sometimes it is an absolute prefect pizza and other times it is a hard crust and chewy. I really wish they could get this perfected. When it’s done right, it is a great piece of pizza. But other times I have had to just chew my way thru and stop myself from just throwing it away. And the cheese portions are also hit and miss. One pizza has a ton and the next is barely covering to slice. Staff is always great.

Definitely on the lower end of Lil Caesars I’ve been in. Often it is very busy and the spot it is in has little parking. Inside is always in disarray. TV’s turned off, not using the pickup oven for online orders, phones ringing. All of this for some mediocre pizza? Could have been out for hours? Pizza hut across the street will have a much better experience.

The food is always good here, the staff is always super friendly but I feel like this location just can’t accommodate when it gets busy. I ordered online, a stuffed crust, it was said to be ready in 20 minutes. I got to this location and they were busy. It was Saturday night. But after waiting 20 minutes more at the restaurant I asked again where my pizza was and she said they were having trouble or something with stuffed crust and had just put it in the oven. I had to wait 30 more minutes. They offered me a free 2 liter but all they had was Mt Dew, which I don’t drink. I went back 3 weeks later, ordered online. Pick up time at 550 to 610. I got there at 545 she said it was in the oven. I waited and waited they were so busy and people just kept coming in and out. 30 went by and I finally made it back up to ask where my pizza was and it was in the warmer! Why didn’t they call my name, I don’t know. They called many others. Many who ordered way after me. I was standing there the whole time. I know they are super busy and the staff is always friendly, pizza is good but these last 2 visits have put me off from wanting to return.

Pretty good considering they had a line outside the door tonight. They had like 15 plus people waiting and my order was only 20 mins behind eta of when it said it’d be done. When it was done it was great and super hot. Props to the workers working there because some people where getting angry about the long wait but the workers were pushing out order after order as fast as they could and they did great with how busy it was.

Several employees have the worst customer service skills along with rude management. The food we received was awful. 3 of the 4 pizzas were way overcooked and burnt. Nothing done to resolve the problem. We sent a message to corporate about our experience with no response. Will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered 3 pizzas. One with several toppings including sausage. It did not have any at all. Half with jalapenos. The pizza had a mess of them on the whole thing. The pieces were just mushy. I was very disappointed. We use them all the time but the last 2 times has been bad.

Absolutely unprofessional general manager and staff. After seeing advertisements online for new pizza I called in to ask if this location was serving it. I was hung up on immediately after asking, and called back a few minutes by the general manager yelling at me and accusing me of prank calling her store. After explaining the situation to her she proceeded to sarcastically apologize. My initial question was still not answered. I was also unable to place an order. Will definitely be going to Dominoes.

Wish I could give 0 for a rating. Ordered online and given time frame for pickup. Went to pick was told it was still in the oven and had long wait. Then was told they lost the order. They said they were going to remake. After waiting again I was notified it would be another half hour. Not happy at all. They said they could give me a 2L for all the trouble. The Manger was being rude. I told them just to cancel the whole order and I wanted a refund. Poor customer service and this is 2 orders in a row that we have experienced problems. Will not be returning.

Awful! What a waste of time and money! Under cooked, didn’t read the ticket, missing toppings, bread was sitting in a pool of grease! Thanks for ruining dinner! Oh and god forbid a health inspector were to walk in that place! I told the young man at the Register, Zachary, “your card machine needs a good wipe down!” It was disgusting! There was dirt and god knows what else caked all over it! Maybe less “smoke brakes” in the walk-in and more focus on your job! I’ll be contacting the manager and Regional manager in the morning but from what I’ve read in the reviews it most likely won’t do any good!

So the mostest pepperoni (or however they advertise it) is not what it used to be. Pepperonis used to cover the pizza; now it just looks like a normal pepperoni pizza. But, it isn’t worth staying an extra 20 minutes for them to cook another. People check the quantity of pepperoni! Don’t pay for the mostest when it’s actually the lastest!
