If you like Little Caesars Detroit style pizza, look elsewhere. They absolutely refuse to put cheese on the entire pizza and what you actually get is pretty sad. I guarantee what they are making does not meet the quality standards of Little Caesars. Pretty disappointing. I’d give them a higher rating if they’d improve their standards on this one item.

Monroe Little Caesars, do better! Went in to pick up a couple of pizzas after my sons football practice, and first thing I heard was the manager yelling. The manager took my order then proceeded to yell at the SEVENTEEN year old boy in the back like he was a dog. Barking orders at him left and right. He was working his butt off and she was just being so very hateful. The young man did a great job keeping it together. Every time she would say anything he simply replied with “yes ma’am”, and continued working. He was working front and back, being yelled at and keeping it all together. My momma heart went out to him. The pizza was delicious, the service he provided was excellent, but that woman was nasty. And he deserved so much better. If he was running it all I would have given this place a five star, but her attitude and the way she was treating him, I just can’t.

This is the second time, I have not gotten what I ordered. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 5 meat and 1 old world Fanceroni pepperoni. The 5 meat was good. But the other came out as a most best pepperoni. So I took it back in and they argued with me. I showed them the picture of what I ordered and told them this is not it. Still they argued.. I guess I will start driving 30 minutes to Madison, where I know they will get it right. I work in custom service. I’m a server, and I would be fired, if I did this to a customer.

For some reason you can’t use gift cards at this location. I’ve used one the past. Employees didn’t care and said sorry you just have to pay for it. This is the first time I’ve been back at this location since the last issue we had with food being made poorly. I would waste my money else where.

Pizza is ok but customer service is bad…they don’t know how to slide the pizza in evenly sizes… They slice the pie like they don’t care… And if you order for delivery the dasher always have company most of the time their kids…they are the ones who digging and eat your pizza toppings … Last time. I order a Pepsi and the dasher told me that they don’t have Pepsi and she gave me a walmart lemon lime soda instead…

Anytime I come to this store within at least half and hour of closing time there’s almost no food options. I understand everybody wants to go home early but the store is open for business until it’s closed. I tried to place an online order at 8:35pm and was not allowed. I went up to the store and was told there was only bread sticks. Ridiculous

Ordered on the app today, told to pick up 7:11 to 7:25. Your employee never acknowledged he had found my order. Then he said it’s in the oven. Then he asked again, what did I order. After standing and watching numerous people get their pizza for 15 minutes, I left. Now, I have to have my bank reject payment. You lost a customer of 5 years.
