Placed an online order, and it took over 45 minutes to get an item already promoted as “hot and ready”. Past experience at this location has been terrible, that’s why I ordered online to be sure there would be pizza. So it ended up being ready 30 minutes after the time they gave. Got my deep dish pizza and saw it was just regular crust cut in a square shape. Why did I have to pay more for a smaller, regular crust pizza? This is pretty much the worst location I’ve ever been to, don’t waste your time there. Never have had a positive experience there and food is never hot and ready, nor made on time. This time wasn’t even the type of pizza ordered, just a regular pizza cut into squares.

I’ve ordered pizza from here before and when I went to pick it up they told me they had no dough or boxes to make it. First off, how are u a pizza place without dough? Second, at least call and tell me instead of me being excited to eat pizza. I never returned after that

Second pizza I’ve purchased in two weeks. Neither pizza was round nor cut all the way through…see pic. Returned the 2nd one for an exchange. Do better, it’s not that hard to cut a pizza. Had to wait for the issue to be corrected.

I’ve been holding off on leaving a negative review here because I have had good experiences here before. I have also managed several different Little Caesars before. I can assure that the patience of the people of Athens does not exist at the locations I’ve run in Alabama. I understand that lots of places are going through staffing issues, and I expect longer wait times, but the consistency of this store is ridiculous. Tonight,I walked into a crowded lobby of people waiting on their orders. Everybody in there said they had been there at least 40 minutes. I waited probably 15 minutes to order. I ordered two pepperonis, and was told it would be a few minutes. I could see three pizzas in the hot box, but I assumed they were another kind. More than 20 minutes later, a young lady and her son that were there long before me got tired of waiting on her pepperoni with extra cheese and just left with a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza when the worker handed it to them. A few minutes later, he calls out my order and hands me these two pizzas that were in the hot box when I walked in. They were old and nowhere near the quality I expect from Little Caesars as a former manager. This store needs help. I’m not sure if it needs management or staffing, but it needs corporate intervention. This store is building an increasingly negative reputation. I don’t want anything free for my experience. I don’t want to complain just to complain. I want to see consistency and improvement. I will edit my review on the event things improve and add consistency. The owner of the franchises I worked for once told me, “We don’t want our customers to say ‘well, I can see why it is $5.’ We want them to say, ‘I cannot believe this is only $5!'”

Gave me the wrong food…again. I ordered the italian cheesy bread and got a mini pizza. Not even remotely close to the correct item. They are absolutely disgusting inside and have roaches. will never be back to this location again.
