Just a bunch of teenagers goofing off. It took them almost 20 minutes to get me a pizza. Even though they took care of everyone that ordered after me. The cashiers Camauri and the guy with dreads training him were texting on their phones half the time. Save the trip and drive to the other location right down the road. This one isn’t run well at all

I am so disappointed in Little Ceaser’s. I had to wait ONE hour for 2 pizzas. The cashier kept telling me 5-10 more minutes then he came back and said they messed up my order and I had to wait longer then when I spoke to the manager on my way out – she apologized for the wait and said we gave you a free cheese pizza. I honestly should have been refunded for the long wait. People were in and out and nobody seemed to really care that I waited for so long. Next time I will not pay first for my pizzas until I received them cause I would have honestly left it there. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location ( E.E.Butler Parkway, Gainesville) messes up everytime we order delivery. Tonight the pizza was over cooked, cheese was dark brown, crust dark too, barely any pizza sauce (dry). We ordered Pepsi they sent Diet Pepsi. No one in our family drinks diet anything. I called to ask about bringing the Diet soda back for a refund, no one ever answers the phone. I would prefer you not deciding an alternative drink and just issue a refund. Frustrating when we like to support local restaurants, sadly you’ve been removed from our choices.

Terrible service the pizza arrived cold it looks like cement all salty it did not have sauce or pepperoni we ordered two classic pizzas they did not give us a refund And the pizza has macaroni macaroni. Neither of the two pizzas we sent to Buacar had any sauce.

This place can’t help but be terrible. Employees have no idea how to communicate with other humans. Don’t bother asking for your thin crust to be cut in triangles; too hard of a concept for them to grasp. Shame there’s not another closer to me. After the second failed attempt on the same visit to cut the pizza in triangles, this is what I came home to. Really??!!??
