This location has terrible customer service. I arrived to place my order, and i was told they cant do my order the way i requested, so i changed to the slices n stixs with jalapeños and was told it would be an extra two dollars to add in store, an $7 pizza became $14 buts its only a dollar more on the menu. Members of staff told me they cant do my order. I ended up getting a refund due to bad customer service. The guy behind the counter, says what is this “broke people monday” excuse me. And continued to call me out my name and all types of broke. Do not go to this location, i went to another location and saved about $7 dollars. Dont waste your time this location is horriible. My first time getting food, and it will be my last!!! I have picked up from this location as an uber driver and they was horrible then too. Avoid this location at all cost!

My card was double charged. I called multiple times no one answered. So now I’m calling corporate for fraud… trust it somebody is getting fired.. all I got was some wings that were overly sauced and cheese bread. Why I was charged an additional 15.72.. so I guess someone put it in as a tip. Cause how was I charged double.

If I could give it a zero I would . Today is April 29,2023 9:10 pm . I walked in and seen how the person in charge was running the place and let me tell u horrible. They have a sign up talking about customer service and he was the loud and rudest person of them all. How is it a 40 min wait on HOT and READY . The guy with the cap on his head with the big mouth need to be fired or just quit cause this not it . He need to go find something he like to do cause making pizza is a struggle for him . I couldn’t even bare to place a order from this location. Me and my family found a better location down the street

2nd year in a row ordering from this little Caesars on our youth trip to Atlanta. Neither time was the pizza ready at the estimated time (both years due to staffing). The ones that were working seemed to be hustling tho, so I’m not knocking them. Walking up in the rain to a locked door just sucks tho. Personally, I’d find a new way to address “not taking walk up orders bc we ain’t got no staff”. That’s all. Otherwise it’s convenient to our hotel, so I put up with it for the pizza.
